grrr, i gave in and had a carmella (espresso, carmel sauce, milk, whipped cream) today. i wanted a little pick me up. i usually don't drink a lot of caffeine so really its not bad, but now i wish i hadn't. i want to stick to my plan.

Keep positive, everyone!
Today's grr was feeling a little out of breath too soon in karate (and face turning bright red by the end of it, though mostly out of excitement this time). sweatdrop Wish I had the time to go running. >_>; Just sticking to weight training and an hour of karate once a week.

wtf? It looks like I gained 1.5 pounds! (but I will officially measure tomorrow.) But... the thing is, I've gotten firmer. It's got to be the muscle! I know I slimmed down as far as measurements go! I really don't believe I've gotten out of bounds with my eating habits, but I'll have to check the content of my foods again.
Also, I've been wanting to detox. Who knows how much gunk is seeping through my system. I'm gonna look up more info about it sometime.
edit: I found out that I didn't gain any weight, but I'm like the same weight as last week.

grippy~ be careful of detox, don't go overboard. i'm sure it is muscle, and keep in mind your weight fluctuates, so definitely wait for the measurements.
my grrr. my arms are so bruised and broke capillaries everywhere from playing volleyball last night. very tender too. and from running ihave shin splints. damn it. gonk

my period sucks this time around, but last month it hurt like hell. all that exercise is really helping my periods become more beareable. There's another great motivation to exercise, ladies!

haven't worked out in 3 days. altho i have to give myself credit, my super workout on thursday has left me a little sore and my body needs to heal.
