Lily satyed still and appeared to be dead for a long time then something roused her. sadness?.... Confusion?... her thoughts were still scattered but she was beginning to sense the other's emotions again. Then she heard Kir's voice in her head. I don't know, she responded to his voice, though just with her thoughts, she was still a little groggy. Then she forced her eyes to open so she could see what was going on. Her body ached all over.

Durrahn looked over at Lily. "Lily..." She muttered, concern dripping out of her breathy voice. She wished she could help somehow.

"...!" Kir couldn't allow Lily to simply disappear. They only just met practically. He knew she was important to him because of all the things she did for him. Likewise, he had done a lot of things to help her as well.
"Kir?" Amaranth felt the magic coming from Kir's gem.
He knelt down and hugged Lily tightly, kissing her on her neck. He felt an odd magic encircle them.

Lily could only keep her eyes open for a second before the darkness ctried to close in on her again. She didn't want to fall back but it was pulling her hard. Then she began to feel a strange sensation and the darkness stopped pulling on her. She vaguely wondered what was happening.

Durrahn gasped and jumped back from the magic. The power, whether holy or not, was originating from an angel, and stung the shadow demon. She looked afraid of what was happening.

"Kir?! What are you doing?! Stop it!" Amaranth ordered.
At this point Kir couldn't hear her anymore. All he heard was Lily's slow breathing and his own heartbeat.
Tears fell down his face uncontrollably.
He pulled her up to a sitting position and looked at her face. She didn't react.
Then, with half closed eyes, he drew closer to her and kissed her on the mouth.

When Amaranth started shouting, DUrrahn panicked. She backed up to a wall and slid down it, legs failing. He she not been traveling with Kir all this time, she would have shifted to true form and started attacking to stay alive. But she was different than when she was born.

Lily felt something pressed against her lips and at first she was confused but as she became more aware, she realized someone was kissing her. At first she didn't know how to react but then a flood of memories retruned to her and she forgot everything else. they were the human memories she'd forgotten so long ago.They all came back in a rush and all jumbled together. She remembered her parents, where she'd grown up, her friends, that she had a little brother and then a particularly vivd memory popped up. It was her last human memory and it was painful. She hurt everywhere and she couldn't see her hear anything, all she knew is that she couldn't scream and she couldn't let herself die yet, she had to escape. She felt something confining her and she began to fight against what ever was holding her, trying to getf free of what turned out to be Kir's arms.

"..." Kir sensed her about to start moving and he pulled away. He still had a holy glow around him. He held her up by her shoulders and waited for her to wake up.

Lily pushed hard against Kir's chest and forced herself away from him and rolled on to the ground. She then got up on her knees and clamped her hands over her mouth to keep her from yelling out and opened her eyes. She was shaking and she was very frightened but the pain had gone and she felt whole.

"..." Even though Kir should look dejected from Lily's reaction, he was still smiling. The glow faded away and he remained knelt down where he was.

Starbry had ran with the rest out of the cave. Derethra had calmly moseyed out of the cave. The two stood next to each other, each blushing when kir kissed lily. Derethra smiled and thought "In a few minutes..." and fingered with something in his pocket.

Lily took some deep breathes to help her steady her nerves a little bit and slowly lowered her hands, though they continued to tremble. Then she looked around. She had no idea where she was. Wasn't she just in her hometown with her brother and there was a fight and... and then nothing? What had happpened?
