"Aw, come on." she cooed. "With your powers, you could get away with just about anything you wanted. I can sense it. You can teleport more than just yourself through those things. Haven't you ever thought about it? You could turn a dump like this into a palace! And you wouldn't have to worry about anyone getting in your way." she purred.

Torrent was a bit confused when the crimson haired girl walked in. "What do you do? " He asked curious about the little girl.

 "I have thought about it. I've even tried it." he replied. "And I was-" he began, then quickly decided not to explain it. "I'm just not cut out for that short of thing."

"Lots!" the girl replied with a smile. "Here, watch." she said as she took a step back. Her eyes began to glow a bit brighter, and soon the glow expanded around her body. Soon she was hidden behind a red light, and soon reappeared as the glow died. She moved to the side, revealing a duplicate standing behind her. "I can do more stuff, but I don't have anything to play with to show you." they both said with a smile. "What can you do?" the twin asked curiously.
A dark smile curled around Gossamer's lips. "Really? Then tell me . . . did you just get all 'stealing is wrong' one day . . . or did some super come and knock your ego down?" she asked, waiting for a reaction of anykind.

Ohnn flinched a bit at her last remark. "Well, I just . . . um . . . I-" he began, trying to think of how to respond. There was probably no way of avoiding the subject now anyway. "Spider-man, kinda..." he mumbled.

Gossamer's smile grew. The flinch was all she needed. "I thought so." she purred. "You just don't want to get your butt handed to you again, right? Not that kind of guy." she said as she walked past him and stared out a boarderd-up window at the sky. "What if I told you I could help you with that little bit? No one would ever get in your way again. Show Spider-Man a thing or two?" she asked, glancing back at him.

"Whoa! Nice!" He said both entertained and impressed by her cloning abilities. "Watch!" He said standing back. He then held his hands about 2 ft from each other. Light quickly built up between the hands and turned into a nice compressed ball. He threw it up in the air. "Catch it! it's solid!" He said to the little girl

Ohnn turned and stared at her quietly for a moment. "And how exactly would you help? A little magic trick of yours? Erm, don't show me if it is." he replied, slightly sceptical . . . yet interested.

Both girl's eyes widened as Torrent created a ball of light between his hands. He tossed it into the air, and both girls through their hands in the air to catch it. The ball landed between them, and they both stared at it with a completely pleased look on their face. "Wow! That is so cool!" they both exclaimed turning back to him. "That's a really nice power! You're so lucky!" one of them said.
Gossamer turned back to him with a slight smile. "I could . . . quite easily actually." she said as she began walking towards him again. "But, I'd rather see what all you can do with your powers. Then show you all the possibilities you have. I told you, I can just feel it. You have the potential to be a very powerful man." she said, stopping close in front of him. "Why should someone like Spider-Man keep you from that possibility?"

Ohnn simply stared at her . . . he didn't know what to say. Did he really have that great of abilities? After his last encounter with Spider-Man, he'd given up on the idea of being a villain or anything. Did he really want to try it again though?

Gossamer smiled and stepped back from him, knowing that he was considering what she had just said. "Tell you what, we'll just start off with a few small things. Let you 'get your feet wet.' If you like it, we'll move on to some bigger things. If you don't . . . well, I won't press you to do any more. I'll leave you to yourself and find someone else who can help me. You in?"

Ohnn though on it for a moment. What did he really have to loose? Then again, he really didn't want another humiliating defeat if he was no good. He glanced back at her for a moment. "What exactly are you wanting to do that you need help with?" he asked. "I should at least know what I'm getting myself into."

"Oh, the usual. Typical bad guy stuff." she replied a bit vaguely. "There are a few people who I feel did me wrong as well, and I'd just like to get back at them. (One of whom was supposed to have appeared with my spell but didn't.) Another has a vast amount of money that I'm sure he doesn't really need. By any chance, have you ever heard of the Kingpin?" she asked.

"Yes, and I'm afraid that's someone I'm not even going to mess with." he replied quickly. He really didn't want to mess with his old boss at all, and he really didn't want her to know he used to work for him. "Wouldn't you rather rob banks or something?" he asked, trying to change the subject just a bit.
