Yes, and I know a butcher that makes them huge. The only thing is that you can't find them in restaurants, only in markets.

The meat sections at the groceries stores near me are kinda weak...
Tortillas up the a**. But know ones heard of SHRIMP apparently.

I didn't know I was good at making a glazed ham...then again it's just "put in oven, apply glaze, put back in oven."

Go find a butcher, ask if they have the mock chicken legs, you'll thank me. Plus if you find a good butcher, they may have such good jerky.
