Hatori Miharu I don't know of ANY manga that draw that much. o_O;; Sword of the Dark Ones. For more boobs and perverse jokes and fun in general I also recommend Gunsmith Cats Or you could just go to a hentai/doujin site wink

Misuki Marishima But yeah, everyone says that differences are good, but are they really? Do you want some frizzy-haired nerd who likes Japanese games and shows, or some straight-haired pretty girl who you can make out with in a chick flick? Frizzy-haired nerd girl any time! Even if she wouldn't cosplay (in public) we'd still have the same interests and probably be able to connect more. She wouldn't care that much about what other people think about her clothes so she wouldn't have to spend five hours getting her look just right and another hour spread out later just to fix it on the fly. She wouldn't have a hard time having fun at anime conventions, and she definitely wouldn't be just another face in the crowd of over-rated supermodel class stuck-up prissy girly-girls and that would be one of the best things about her. She would just be her...

I think floppin' bewbs, yeah. My sister used to read the mangas (when she was, like... 12, too). Then my mom banned them from our household because my sister looked up from one in the car and went:
"Mom, what's an a*****e? =D"
And proceeded to tell her that she was reading it from her comic book.

@Amelia: Lol, that really happened? Omigosh! That made me laugh!
@Huey: You think nerds are cute? Oh... redface my... no one's ever said that before!
@Matthew: Really and truly? I didn't think someone would say that!
I've mostly gotten over being upset, really. *sigh* I just hope I'm not making a big mistake. I mean... if I'm odd socially, I might not have a normal life at all. I might not have a job, house, or a family. Except for my parents, but that's not the kind of family I mean... well anyway, I say that because I'm different, and normal people have all these things.

Well... I dunno. Most (if not all) of us here on FEF have similar interests, so maybe it's not so much that we're different as that we're a different kind of normal, if that makes any sense.

My mom has some wierd friends. They're awesome. The wierdest one is married. And he has a job. And he has a house. Not a bad one, at that. I highly doubt you have to worry about any of that.

@Valter: They way you talk about this man makes me think he's weird enough for me to look normal. I'm starting to feel not so bad.

To quote our extremely brilliant Micaiah, "Think of regular people as the generic soldier, they fade from your memory really fast."
That was awesome.
So true! How are you going to remember that "normal" kid twenty years from now? No! You'll remember the freak! And why? Because they made life interesting. We have a role in the lives of these people. We're here to spice things up! =3
There are enough of us for our way of life to become the norm. But honestly. People like us.. Want to be different. If everybody liked anime, would you really be that interested anymore? If just every average joe idiot played Fire Emblem, would you still want to play it?
What sets us apart from the rest of them is, actually, intelligence and willingness and ambition to stand out! We're not gray blobs! We will be different and we will LOVE IT!
Oh-- And don't worry about not getting a job. I know plenty of people who like anime and video games who have jobs. =o I even know a few moms who are raising their babies to like anime! (If you ask me, I think the kid should get into it without the push of the parent, or it won't really be HIS hobby!) I DO need a job right now. I'm looking so hard! The US is in some sort of recession and it shows.

@Sue: Yes, that really happened. XD I was 13 or 14 at the time. I knew and was mouthing "NO NO STOP DX" but neither my mom or sister saw/caught onto what I was trying to do.
Stupid little sisters~ xD
@Nino: Exactly! *pumps fist in the air*
Why did your grey blob comment make me think of that early episode of The Fairly Oddparents with the maniacal dentist and Timmy-ball? xDD

Stupid little sisters~ xD Why did your grey blob comment make me think of that early episode of The Fairly Oddparents with the maniacal dentist and Timmy-ball? xDD @Nino: Same here... :/ @Amelia: I was reading Love Hina at that age and was SO paranoid that my mom would yell at me if she ever saw what Ken Akamatsu was drawing inside of those books. Turns out that she doesn't care about porn at all (not that Love Hina was...) but just thinks that pictures of the human body in any action are beautiful as long as it's not objectifying women or going to get me v& razz @Amelia (again): Hahaha, because that's what that entire episode was about! 3nodding Everyone is different and that's what makes the world interesting. "We're the greyest and the blobbiest!" What idiots... -.- Anyways, I know a guy who's house is awesome and a lot of people would probably think that he's completely immature! First off, I think he's a millionair, his wife is dead (unfortunately) but his basement's a friggin dreamland for kids and anyone else who still has enough of an inner child to like model trains, slot machines that run on nickels and actually give payouts on a normal basis, and other amazing things that make me want to stay there longer than I should! I'm 20 and still love that place. mrgreen Misuki Marishima @Matthew: Really and truly? I didn't think someone would say that! Am I Matthew now? mrgreen
