Abilities: Has greatly enhanced speed, when he moves as fast as he can he's pretty much teleporting which is very useful in combat, has enhanced strength, has enhanced senses
Bio: Neo is pure evil, his mother was attacked once while she had him as a child, and he was taken and sold as a slave, eventually ending up in shinra's hold, they preformed plenty of tests on him and such, until they had made a twisted syrum that would grant him the power of a "super-SOLDIER" making even 1st classes pale in comparrison, it was predicted that he wouldn't survive the syrum, but he did, and once he came to, he walked out of the shinra building, everyone knowing better then to try to stand in his way. The day he returned to Wutai the place was being attacked by shinra, and he found his mother, the one he blamed for everything that had happened to him, after a short chat he killed her, by punching a hole right in her face and left Wutai, she had told him about a "brother" now it's time for him to find his brother...

Birthplace: Unknown
History: As long as he could remember Ikuto was was in a lab, floating within an oval capsule filled with a teal-colored fluid...nothing to do except watch the scientists and dozen other capsule-bound beings in the large white room. He was the only one that was actually complete, the others were still growing or slightly dis-formed.. Once a strange group of people came to look at him...the scientists seemed to be explaining things to the strangers, who just inspected him.. One was apparently upset by what he saw as weapons suddenly appeared and began slicing through equipment and people, freeing him and taking him to what the man called a safe place. His rescuer, Noctis, and three others taught him things about the outside world and how to defend himself, Noctis had also given Ikuto his name.
Unfortunately after a few years the scientists found him, and despite Noctis best efforts, brought him to another facility... The scientists didn't even wait five minutes before beginning the experiments again.
Personality: Kindhearted, playful and little mischievous, but still respectful.
Weapon: Steal claws and Lunar Scythe
Abilities: Humanoid/Usual form: can make the cross he wears shift into a scythe. Agility~easily three times above a normal persons{run faster, jump higher, better hearing, sense of smell, etc..))

Other: Either the main goal or a side-effect of the experiments, Ikuto can shift into demon panther.

Name: Priss Asanagi

Age: It's not polite to ask a girl her age XD

Birthplace: Cosmo canyon

History: Priss is the bad girl of her family. She's always been a brawler, and eventually left Cosmo canyon before she was basically thrown out, to allow them to preserve there peace. She lived in the wilds for a time, fending for herself, and eventually... When asked, she glosses over that whole part with a generic 'I survived'... She got to midgar. Since she was stuck in the slums, she carved out a living, but her fighting soon got her noticed by Shin-Ra security when she nearly killed a Shin-Ra executive for trying to feel her up. So, the soldier's eventually came... And she kicked there asses too.

Eventually, she fell off the map, but was tracked down when the turk's wanted to 'recruit' her. She didnt want to go with them, and she fought back when they tried to take her, beating down the soldier's with them and doing a decent bit of damage to Tseng as well before she was disabled and brought in. After that, she glosses over the rest of her past as well. However, she is a first class in the soldier program now, so it is assumed that she eventually agreed to join it.

Weapon: A suit that was procured from Esthar. The Suit was one of the prototype's Dr. Odine had been developing, and hojo procured. wether or not he stole it or simply bought it off of Odine nobody but them knows. Hojo had been wroking on copying the design, and has done well, except for all his suits dont have the internal power of the original. Basically, they run off of battery's mounted on the back peice. Priss, on the other hand, is using the redesigned Prototype peice, modified from the inbuilt vibroblade to what she has dubbed 'Knuckle bombs'. However, she only uses the suit when she knows she's going into combat, otherwise she just uses her fists.

Other: Ride's a Red motorcycle which actually is self sentient, although you woudnt know it, since that very rarely comes out.
