Power(s): Organic Steel Transformation: Laura pocess the superhuman ability to convert the tissue of her entire body into an organic steel-like substance. This substance resembling steel is of unknown composition. She is able to transform into this armor-like state at will (the process is virtually instantaneous) and remain in that form for an as yet undetermined amount of time. Once in her armored form she remains so until she consciously wills herself back to normal. If she is rendered unconscious, however, she spontaneously reverts to her normal form. While in the armored state, L.M.D. possesses the same degree of mobility that she does in her normal form. LMD can become partially or selectively armored.( such as just a hand, or legs, chest, head, ect or just full body)

Superhuman Strength: After transforming into her armored state, LMD possesses superhuman strength. As a teenager, she is sufficiently strong enough to lift about 10 tons.

Superhuman Stamina: Also, while in armored form, LMD’s musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins than the musculature of a normal human.

Superhuman Durability: In her armored form LMD is invulnerable to most forms of bodily harm. Her armor is capable of withstanding ballistic penetration, including that of a 110 millimeter Howitzer shell. She can survive extremes of temperature from 170 degrees above absolute zero to approximately 500 degrees C. She could survive a collision with a loaded, one-ton flatbed truck at 100 miles per hour or an explosion of 450 pounds of TNT. She can also survive falls from great heights while in her armored body. She can go without food, water, or air for many days while transformed, though she would eventually require sustenance.

Laura often thinks of her father and wonders what it would be like to have one around the house and in her life. She takes a few classes with Danny but never really spoke to him.

Power(s): Telekinesis- He can create an invisible wall to protect him from any kind of attack. Be magic, Tech, physical or a Meta-human attack. He once prevented a plane from taking off by holding it back with his Telekinesis. So he can also use it for offense which packs a punch…..a very hard punch.
Flight- Using his Telekinesis he can fly.

Strengths: Kind to everybody

Weaknesses: Physically weak…as in very. Hell a girl could beat the s**t out of him without his powers. Kind to everybody

Background: Didn’t stand out too much at school and was often picked on. After his first manifestation of his power the bullies couldn’t even touch him anymore so that made his life alot easier.

Power(s): Creation- Using the laws of equivalent exchange, Serena can transform something in to anything of a relatively similar size and mass. Having said this, she is incapable of creating or transforming organic matter.

Strengths: Making money, bargaining, Keen smell, her looks

Weaknesses: She thinks money is everything and never really had any love.

Likes: Working, Making money, gifts, Attention, Romance

Dislikes: the “lower” class, cowards, being looked down upon.

Background: She grew up in a family where both of her parents were always working hard so they never really had time for her. When they had forgotten about her birthday somehow….she still got presents. Because she wished for them, they appeared out of nowhere. Her parents didn’t seem to care too much for that. From that point on she decided to become famous so that she would no longer be neglected and would have anything that her heart desires.

Other: Makes a lot of money….a LOT of money. She actually works for her money instead of creating it these days. Is funding some smaller and private organizations.

Power(s): Pressure Control/Shockwaves- He can create and control pressure and the shockwaves that come with it. He mainly uses it for random Large scale destruction. Largest think he had destroyed up until now was a whole block
Superhuman Durability- Generating huge shockwaves also have a big kickback so his body can handle the enormous kickback
Superhuman Endurance- He can last many times longer than any human with peak condition
Superhuman Senses- He does not know why but all of his senses are greatly enhanced. Especially his sight for some reason

Weaknesses: He gets loses control of his powers every now and then. So you should be careful around him. It can be very random. Lines between friend and Foe and blur

Dislikes: The good guys, people out doing his destruction.

Background: He always like destroying things…living or not. Due to his…behavior he got kicked out of school and straight into jail…in which he made many..friends who he helped escape in the end. During the escape he killed many because he couldn’t tell friend from foe. The cops have been hunting him down for years now but with no success.

Other: He gets turned on when destroying things. Awkwardly…he CAN be kind and caring to those he does hold dear….not many

Power(s): Psionic Force Fields: The cells of Dome's brain produce a certain potent energy manifestation. Through concentration, she is able to project a field of psionic force, which she can manipulate into a number of relatively simple forms: rectangular planes, cylinders, globes, domes, cones, etc. The complexity of the shape is limited by her ability to imagine (mentally visualize) a particular form and keep it in sharp mental focus: these simple shapes are seen in almost as well as glass can be. The size of a given psionic force projection is also limited by her ability to imagine. The smallest force projection she can visualize (and maintain the visualization) is the size of a marble. The largest solid force projection she can visualize and maintain is about 100 feet in diameter. She can project larger force-objects if they are hollow. For instance, she could visualize and project a dome of 1 foot thick about a 700 feet and a dome 1 inch in thickness she can project for about 1 mile. Small objects at high speeds become missiles; large objects at slow speeds become rams. She can make these objects grow or shrink as desired, up to a size of 100 feet (30 meters).

Since her power is an extension of her mind and body. Inertial forces acting upon her projections affect Dome. Thus if a car traveling at 60 miles per hour hit a wall of her force that was 6 inches thick, unless she generated a bracing shape against a sufficiently sturdy object, she would be affected as though she were hit by the car directly. Dome is able to control the surface of the fields’ rigidity to a certain extent. She can cause the surface of the field to be very hard, depending on its thickness (steel-like at about 2.5 feet), or as resilient as foam rubber. By making the field more resilient she is able to absorb more of the inertia of impacts within the field without having them transmitted to her body. She is also, through training, able to alter the shapes she creates while utilizing those shapes, often to absorb or deflect the force of impacts. When she creates objects of fields that are at the limit of her ability to mentally visualize, they tend to be resilient rather than rigid. Currently these fields can withstand impacts of the force of a fully loaded Semi truck at full speed. She has yet to test them against Super humans. She is capable of generating and manipulating multiple psionic force fields simultaneously.

Background: Carol Reynolds was raised in a normal family after she was adopted as a new born. Her memory of her childhood and ten years goes in and out in a fuzzy way. She had many visit to her families psychiatrist. Around the age of 13 she began to show a manifestation of power. Her parents removed her from her private school and began to tooter her. She turned out fine. Save for the fact that some days she would wake up in different parts of town. She has an almost full mastery over her abilities although she never recalls practicing. She has no true friends and on one occasion met a man by the name of Christian King, they hit it off quite well unfortunately she hasn't seen him in over three years. Those last three years seem to be real clear to her. She tends to speak of Mr. King as her memory helper. Ever since then her life has been great. Save for the occasional toothache.

Other: She lost her job after and most of her money trying to track down Christian King. She has an assistant that she calls LMD

Power(s): Kinetic Duplication: Sasha Igam creates an identical physical living duplicate of herself upon any physical impact. This process is spontaneous and cannot be prevented by Sasha. Although she can create multiple duplicates, and the duplicates themselves can also replicate, each is only able to create one duplicate at a time; she has been seen to produce around forty duplicates before no more would be created. The duplicates think, feel, and act independently, though usually guided by the original. Each tends to manifest one aspect of Sasha's personality, which increases in strength with lengthier separation from the original. Sasha is telepathically and empathetically linked to her duplicates, suffering severe, potentially fatal, trauma if one dies. If Sasha herself were killed, it is not known whether any existing duplicates would continue to function independently; it is said in theory, that if the original Sasha was killed, that one of her active dupes is capable of taking over as the new original and will assume the dominant abilities and collective personality that the original Sasha had. It is virtually impossible to distinguish the original from the duplicates.

Duplication Absorption: The original Sasha can absorb them back into herself at will, at the same time absorbing the memories, skills and experiences of the duplicate

* Duplication Experience Transference: When Sasha merges back, she retains memories (albeit somewhat imperfect), knowledge, and experiences of the dupe.
* Duplication Healing: She also uses merging as a form of healing - absorbing a wounded dupe transfers only half the damage to the original.

Background: Born to Indian immigrants in New York City, Sasha learn racial prejudice first hand. As a child other children would make fun of her race, thus causing her to use her powers to "punish" them. After putting several children in the hospital, her parents moved her to a more tolerant part of the country. But the anger that she felt from those taunts never dissipated leaving her bitter and dissillusioned. She now uses her powers to get what she wants and sometimes, she wants alot.

Strangulation - An aggressive, tangible form of her Marionette "strings", though these take the form of tentacles of dark energy whose main goal is to strangle and kill.

Background: Born and raised as a normal little girl, no one could really fathom why Annamaria turned out the way she did. Some speculate she was dropped on the head as a child. Other guesses were that she saw something traumatic. But ever since she's gained her powers, she's taken to "playing" - or more accurately, inflicting pain and causing general mayhem on citizens - when she feels the whim to.

Other: Though she's in her mid-teens, she doesn't look much older than 10 or 11. Her powers are linked to her anger, and will automatically jump into an out-of-control state when she gets angry. And she's insane mentally unstable.

Background: From an ealry age people could tell that Penelope was special. After saving countless lives during the Klaian Incident in Lao with her one line prediction spoken to the right person the government swept her away to a facility for use in Federal Intelligence. She spent most of her teenage and young adult life with them before leaving the facility in favor of a more "distant" relationship with the government. She now works as psychiatrist in Capital City and caters to the more unique populace.

Power(s): Phasing: Entry possesses the ability to pass through solid matter by passing his atoms through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which he is moving. In this way he and the object through which he is passing can temporarily merge without interacting, and each is unharmed when Entry has finished passing through the object. This process is called "phasing." When Entry is phasing, he is, for all intents ad purposes, intangible. Hence, when attacked, he can shift into a "phasing" state (even if he is not at the time passing through an object) so as to allow oncoming projectiles or energy blasts to pass through him harmlessly. Entry passes through objects at the same rate of speed at which he is moving before he "enters" it. He has trained himself to go automatically, by reflex, into a phasing state at any indication of danger, such as a loud noise like a gunshot, in order to protect himself.

* Air Walking: Using his phasing ability, Entry can walk on air. In fact, he can use his ability to walk on the air from the ground to the upper stories of a building as if he were climbing a staircase.

* Phasing Extension: From the first use of his phasing power, Entry has been able to phase his clothing along with himself. Through practice he has learned to phase other objects along with himself without harm to them. However, he must maintain physical contact with the people or objects he phases along himself for the effect to work with this other person or object.

* Electrical Disruption: Entry can phase through any material object, even living people. When he phases through an object with an electrical system, the process disrupts the systems workings.

* Telepathic Resistance: His thoughts are highly erratic when phased as if there was no mind to telepathically affect.

Name: Kyle Alexander Illias

Power(s): The ‘eldest’ child of a mutant for a mother and a powerful mage for a father, Kyle’s mutation is a strange one. One might say his mutation IS magic, for it is almost nature for him, as if he was born with magic in his blood. Though he still needs to study to forward his powers, much of his skill, power and magical library are innate, he only needs to think of what he wants and the spell that does what he wants is used. Where normal mages need to think of the spell, form it and then cast it, Kyle simply forms the spell and uses on instinct.

Skill(s): Incredibly fast reader, schooled in some martial self defense at his mother’s insistence though he did not take to it like his sister. He prefers to use a quarter staff based style and thus carries a carved wooden staff much that doubles as his mage’s staff and foci, good with puzzles, speaks many languages (also schooled by mother in this).

Strengths: Kyle is a very intelligent person, considered a genius by some he modestly comments that his genius is that of study, not natural intelligence.

Weaknesses: Kyle is a very inverted and shy person and tends to not talk to people he is not familiar with.

Likes: Mystery novels, meditation, reading, debating

Dislikes: physical altercations, unnecessary force

Background: Kyle is the child of Tara Illias, known as Necropotence, a mutant with the ability to reanimate dead and inanimate matter and materials to a great degree. His father was Kyle Fhaytei, one of the strongest users of magic known in the world’s history, and probably will remain so for years to come.

Though his father’s life was cut short before his birth, Kyle and his twin sister Elizabeth were raised by Tara and were brought up learning to see their respective powers as gifts and not as a curse. Under their mother’s guidance, once Kyle and Elizabeth were of age, they began participating in teams of superhuman people and crime fighting.

When Tara decided to reincarnate the "HUNTERS" initiative Kyle and Liz were eager to help their mother, who had a hard time tracking down many of her old teammates. Once the team had bee mostly brought back together they set to work and most of the team was spread over the globe, making up for many years of inactivity and splitting him up from his sister. Usually paired with a woman known as Jashin for the toughest jobs, he often finds himself upset at her gleeful state in a fight and her tendency to go overboard with her vast physical strength.

He prefers being paired with a mutant by the alias "Mongoose" who he feels has more tact and finesse in how she deals with situations.


Other: When he uses his powers his eyes become completely pitch black and the more powerful his use of magic, a greater number of mystical tattoos begin to cover his body, ending in a full body tattoo of incredible magical energy as well as a neck tattoo and a tattoo over and under his right eye. Goes by Alex, rarely uses his first name.

Occupation: Some oversight duties within family business

Power(s):
Rei can move her body at super-speeds. She sleeps very lightly, and metabolizes food at an incredible pace, such that she could easily out do any food eating contest winner at any buffet, but never gain an ounce of weight. Rei's natural durability increases with her speed in order that effects such as drag, friction heat, and even impact with large objects only hurts her as much as any normal person running at top speed. Rei's speed makes her all but untouchable in a fight. So long as she's paying attention, no human, mutant, meta-human, machine or animal on the planet has a chance at hitting her, with the exception of a few, and it is unlikely that there are computers fast enough to target her either. Also, Rei's intense speed allows her otherwise human-powered attacks to hit with incredible force (velocity is a major factor in determining the force of something) and if need be, hit at an incredibly high frequency. Using a special anti-gravity backpack on her FRSS she can levitate in the air, and applying her speed mutation, can fly for short periods at around mach 2, her current maximum height for flight is somewhere around half the height at which airliners fly, as the suit cannot maintain ground level pressurization for long above that elevation, and the air becomes too thin for the suit to filter.

Rei uses her speed quite differently than others might with her speed, Quicksilver. Whereas others might use their speed many times to simply run circles around an opponent, confusing them and hitting them as he zooms by, Rei tends to be a close range fighter, up in the face of whom ever it is she is fighting. Where another's battle strategy could be said to more about pure speed, Rei's battle style tends to be more about maximizing agility, stopping and starting, dodging and striking as fast as she can and moving onto the next opponent. Because of this if you were to compare the two speedsters, another would probably be faster all out and Rei would have much higher agility and reaction time in comparison.

In battle and using her powers to their highest levels she wears a white or blue, skin tight Friction Reduction Speed Suit (FRSS) that allows for her to not only reach high speeds that without worry of tearing her cloths to shreds, but also allows for even greater speeds than normal, as the suit cuts the friction against Rei's body to almost zero and increases the traction for better running. The suit is also equipped with a small back pack that contains a personal anti-gravity mechanism that allows Rei to apply her speed to achieve flight for short periods of time. This is because, unlike her natural movements on the ground can become a tiring exercise for her quickly. To accompany this flight ability the suit has a retractable helmet that can keep the air consistency correct for Rei's body and maintain pressure should she reach into higher levels of the atmosphere.

Skill(s): Due to her family's lineage, Rei was schooled in the English, Japanese and Chinese languages as well as knowledge of much of their history and stories (whether true tales or legends). Because of her family's wealth and status she was sent to exclusive private schools to learn from the best and brightest. She is an accomplished Pianist, Violinist and Cellist (it was her parents wish that she learn to play) as well as adept at the Guitar, Bass, Saxophone and Harmonica (which she learned out of her own desire.) She finds that playing such instruments is made easy by her mutations. She was also schooled in many various forms of martial arts according to her parent's wishes, as were the rest of her siblings. She is proficient in many styles, and prefers Judo, Jiu-jitsu, Kung-Fu and martial arts style kick boxing over the rest. She has incorporated her skill in martial arts with her speed to make normally damaging moves from those arts into even more powerful attacks. She prefers to use kick heavy styles due to her long legs.

Rei carries two special hand held weapons made of a mixture of Adamantine and her family's morphigenic metal, this allows the blades to grow and shrink for battle and storage respectively. The metal responds to her DNA, which sensors in the hilt detect when a person touches the handle. This allows for her to change the weapons to a few set shapes with by willing the shape, in another's hands the weapon will simply revert back to its non-weapon, holstered form. The weapons can form into a few varieties of swords, sickles or sais, though Rei's weapon of choice is mainly the sickles. The weapons can be connected at the hilt that she can spin at high speeds to create a virtual shield.


Strengths: Energetic, optimistic, doesn't have to sleep much

Weaknesses: way to energetic, short attention span by normal standards

Likes: music, art, martial arts, has an almost cult like love of Bruce Lee and Jet Li, also loves David Carridine movies, moving meditation.

Dislikes: music sold just to make money, poorly made martial art movies, business politicking

Background:
Rei was born to a Japanese/Chinese father and a Caucasian, American mother in New York City. Growing up as the second child she was only the next in line to inherit the family business, but was still expected to be well educated, versed in her many family's histories and skilled in both school and extracurricular activities.

While she loved her parents and enjoyed her life as if was, she soon discovered her powers at the early age of 8, it's early surfacing thought by Rei to be accelerated by her constant practicing in activities that called for continual quick movements. With the discovery of her powers and the constant, daily exposure to the many super heroes and teams that called NYC home She wanted to do more with her powers than simply make her daily routines easy. She wanted to help other and become a hero.

After many arguments with her parents over going to a private school for the gifted, their worry not over her being a mutant, but that she could end up in the line of danger at the school, they finally gave into her. Rei attended much of her early high school years at the Institute but after graduating early, decided to travel the country to try and find others like herself that wished to help mankind with their abilities, or at least help others like them.

She soon met Sean Charger, a mutant who went by the name Quasar with the ability to create and manipulate plasma energy and explosive energy. They got along well to start with, and in a strange twist of fate that landed them in an out of the way, rural pub, they met Ryan (R.I.O.), whose alias was Phantom. After a short story from Phantom about a facility that tested and experimented cruelly on mutants called Project: Weapon Omega, Rei and Sean agreed to help Ryan with a search and rescue mission that would end in the destruction of the facility. It was then that Rei took on her own code name, Mongoose, named after a incredibly quick striking mammal that was even faster than snakes.

When they were putting their plan into motion they realized that they were not alone and that a group known as 'HUNTERS' was on a similar mission concerning the Project Omega Initiative. They worked together and easily tore apart the facility and rescued those in it.

From then on Rei worked on and off with HUNTERS, functioning as the close range member of the pair she was assigned to.


Other: Rei is a very smart with a passion for what she loves. She is cheery for the most part, and has a glowing personality that can win over even the toughest of characters. Well trained in martial arts as well as the musical and fine arts by her family, she is incredibly naturally gifted as well as hard working. However Rei can sometimes have an overactive personality and movements. Due to her mutation she sometimes seems hyper because of her insanely fast thought processes and bodily reactions, sometimes being on the brink of annoying when she is nervous about something or bored. She is also sometimes over protective of her life and those in it.

Rei seems to have two distinct personalities. She has times where she is erratic, hyper and happy-go-lucky to the extreme, sometimes blowing off the seriousness of current issues. Yet she also has a calmer, cooler attitude that makes her appear placid and thoughtful, but sometimes bordering on a appearance of heavily medicated. Though her personalities usually change fluidly and naturally, there are times at which she seems to have a soft spoken introverted attitude one moment and actively loud and extroverted attitude the next, making her seem bi-polar and/or ADHD.

Name: Ezekiel “Zeke” Portman

Alias: Porter

Power(s): Teleportation: He teleports by displacing himself into a sepreate Pocket Dimension, travelling through it, and then returning to his own dimension at a certain distance from his point of departure. He consciously determines his point of return. The entire process occurs so quickly that Porter is unaware of being in the Pocket Dimension at all. Porter guides himself through the seperate dimension by an unconscious, natural direction-finding sense. Although Porter controls his teleportation ability with his conscious mind, his power to teleport is not psionic. Rather it is the result of an unknown biochemical/biophysical reaction which he triggers mentally. When he disappears in teleporting, Porter leaves behind smoke with a sent reminiscent pineapples. This is a small portion of the atmosphere of the pocket dimension that escapes while the aperture is open. His teleportation is invariably accompanied by the muffled sound of imploding air rushing to fill the vacuum left where his body was. The longer the distance over which Porter teleports himself, the harder and more exhausting it is for him to make the teleportation "jump." It is easier for him to teleport between north and south (along Earth's magnetic field lines) than it is for him to teleport between east and west (against the magnetic lines). Under optimal conditions, teleporting only himself and his costume, Porter can displace himself a distance of about 2 miles east-to-west, and up to 3 miles north-to-south. Making a vertical teleportation upwards is difficult and dangerous. Porter has made a vertical teleportation "jump" of 2 miles by pushing himself to his physical limits. Porter's powers automatically displace liquids and gases when he arrives in the course of a teleportation. His momentum is retained throughout the process of teleportation: he arrives with whatever amount of inertia he left with. For example, if he were falling from a great height, he could not teleport himself towards the ground in order to save himself; he would land with the same velocity that he teleported with. He can subtract this inertia by teleporting short distances upwards (as though taking two steps back for every one forward). As part of his power, Porter has also exhibited a limited ability to sense the teleportation of other beings. The limits to the mass that Porter can carry with him while teleporting, and the limits to the distance over which he can teleport himself with additional load is unknown. When he transports a passenger over even moderate distances, the passenger can feel ill or weak, to the point of exhaustion. Teleportation over further distances could be fatal. Through practice, Porter has increased the mass he can teleport with him. The upper limits of this capacity are as yet unknown. Porter can use his powers offensively by grappling with an enemy and teleporting him or her in a series of rapid jumps. The strain of these "multiple ports" can exhaust foes without superhuman endurance while Porter remains strong enough to continue fighting.

Subconscious Spatial Awareness: Porter has a very limited subconscious extrasensory ability that prevents him from teleporting himself so that his feet, for example, would materialize below the surface of the local ground. Because this ability is so limited, however, Porter will hesitate before any teleport into any place that he cannot see or has not seen in the past. If Porter teleported himself into an unfamiliar area, he would run the risk of materializing partially or entirely within a solid object. If too much of his body materialized within a solid object, he would probably be killed.

Background: Ezekiel was born in Jersey a long time ago he was raised normally enough. But he was different. When the kids would go to the candy store he was the only one counting security cameras not nickels. And this continued, as he got older. He began a life as thief around his 13th birthday where he stole every bike from his block and sold them all. Although this was done to purchase something nice for his parents. He just has a natural ability to steal. He was constantly running and relocating himself. He has an amazing gift for lying, as he does constantly to his parents who believe that he is a doctor and he lives in the Ukraine. He was captured several years back and placed in prison he spent the majority of the time in the hole. A place he preferred do to the amount of fighting he had to do anywhere else.

Other: He had to fight of quite a few advancements in the showers and laundry room. He can make a weapon from anything within arms reach. The last Movie he saw was The Rock, coincidentally his favorite.

Skill(s): Skilled Detective Hoffman is a profecient detective. He was rigorously trained by the CCPD in everything from escapology to criminology. Though he has the skills he chooses to focus elsewhere.

Master Acrobat Edward is a prodigious natural athlete, possessing a peak human level of agility/acrobatic skills. He is generally regarded as the greatest athlete to serve on the Capital Police force. He intially competed as a child and won the Silver medal in the Junior Olympics.

Master Martial Artist: He is a master of several martial arts disciplines. He has great skill in Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Jiu-jitsu, Karate, Savate, Kendo, Capoeira, Bushido, and he is proficient in other various martial arts. Although he has not mastered near as many fighting styles as his inspirational heroes, what he has done is effectively combined the martial arts he knows into a unique style that suits his strengths.

Peak Human Conditioning: Edward Hoffman possesses the peak athletic strength and endurance of a man who regularly engages in intensive physical exercise. His physical attributes exceed that of any Olympic level athlete that has ever competed. His strength, speed, stamina, reflexes, agility and coordination are at peak human perfection.

Multi-lingual: He speaks with fluency in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, and is possibly fluent in other languages. Obtained through personal studies.

Skilled Leader: He is also a brilliant and experienced strategist with superlative leadership skills, having served as leader of several teams while on the force.

Background: Hoffman was a former police Officer for the C.C.P.D. a few years back before he faced down one hell of a bad day. He until this day still holds the top records in every field at the academy. He was a leading member of the C.P.D. Swat Team, Commanding officer over all riot/crowd control proceedings, and furthermore a founding member of the C.P.D’s S.C.U.D. (Severe Crimes Unit Detectives) alongside current police Chief Maria Faulkhazen; although, he didn’t share her undying belief in black and white justice. A pair of vigilantes-Soul and Reaper-during a warehouse siege turned horribly wrong once saved him a few days before his resignation. He admired their power and wished he could do the same. Upon thanking them he realized that he was about the same age as Reaper. He found himself wondering if he too possessed the innate abilities necessary to fight crime on a higher level such as the two heroes. Five days later during a hostage rescue situation he entered before his backup arrived and the following wasn’t good. Soul him as well as the children, and Edward was granted a second chance at life as well as the gift of Soul’s speech on failure. How if individuals were to do his job and let him retire that they’d have to be legit and not just some punk on the force. Afterwards feeling that even with all his training and achievements on the force were useless to him if he was going to continue to protect his city he lost his way in life. Consumed by a burning rage within about his own failures and lack of direction, he then turned to a short-lived life of crime to understand the minds behind his enemies; he attempted to destroy the docks in Capital, and for a shorter time took up ceramics. All of his actions in Capital lead him to dead ends… he finally realized while he sitting in a holding cell at the CCPD he needed to get the hell out of the city.

Alias: The Brothers Mexican

Alignment: Neutral Evil.

Skill(s): Master Acrobat: Jose has disciplined his body in the acrobatic arts to an Olympic skill level.
Martial Arts Masters: Both brothers have trained themselves to an unknown degree each showcasing similar fighting abilities of an unknown style of martial arts.
Tracking: Jose is an expert tracker. He has tracked his marks over stone ground after five days of rain with no problems. Adrian has no sense of direction.
Expert Marksman: Jose has trained in the military as a sniper and has over time gained marksmanship skills in most long range weaponry from fifty caliber long range rifles to blow guns.
Master Gunslinger: Adrian prefers the subtle touch of firing many bullets at closer ranges when he is on a mission. He prefers standard six shooters, but has sufficient skills in most small armed weaponry.
Expert Knife Fighters: The Brothers are two of the world’s greatest knife fighters to date. They both were awarded medals in the underworld Olympics.

Background: The Brothers Mexican are the worlds premier mercenary team. If there is an itch that needs to be scratched or just an annoyance that needs to be smeared off the face of the earth then they are the men for the job. Adrian and Jose have worked for years in the chaotic underbelly of crime honing their skills to the point of being as good if not better than most Meta human killers on the planet. Little is known of their personal histories outside of the fact that they always travel together. The appearance of one most guarantees that the other is near. They may or may not be twins, and they most certainly are hard to understand. Jose may take his time and be reasonable with his thick accent while his brother Adrian doesn’t realize any communication difficulties others might have with him. They possessed great reputations when it came to their track records on hits; that is until they came to Fahrenheit Valley on a mission to assassinate key members of Capital City’s governing body. ‘Disaster’ was avoided when Reaper and Heatstroke interfered with their mission. Though they were defeated they narrowly escaped falling into custody, and never was there any proof of their existence let alone activities in the city. They consider Reaper and Heatstroke the Banes of their existence and have on several occasions taken jobs centered around Capital, and the vigilante duo.

Other: Jose seconds as a Male stripper for private parties he refuses to perform in clubs. Adrian feels it necessary to refer to men as ladies or little girls, or princess to such a degree it is no longer funny. He also has a pension for making references to others homosexuality… His eye patch is fake he does it to make him look cool
