I think I can handle that. I walk over to the boulder and lift it onto my back while I have the weights on. I began to run my laps as my speed increased and I finished my laps with ease.I then got down and did my five hundred pushups. Done.

You already have. From now on I'll appoint you as the Dojo keeper and master though you are not of chuunin rank. So just keep this under raps until you become a chuunin.

After deep meditation, Kai cracked his knuckles and began to train by striking trees he saw in front of him with kicks and punches. He struck so hard that his knuckles begin to tear, but he continued never the less. And then he started to kick the trees. By the time it was over, there were trees on the floor snapped in half. WHen he got back to the temple, he washed his hands and wrapped them. By the end of the day, his arms and legs were both bleeding.

He uses his his kekkei genkkai to get home after locking up, because he could not walk. He was a fast healer though, so he would be fine.
