Sand quarry.
Dinosaur museum.
Underground parking lot.
Beach.
The cave behind the waterfall.
A huge-a**, neverending stairway.
As much as I love epic, random fights with the environment taking a big part in the spar, I'll agree with Crawley about more regular street fighting stages being a good thing.
Ring-outs could be removed altogether.

Add a fight in a 0G or 2-3G environment. (increased or no gravity)

Tovarishch Ring-outs could be removed altogether. Well I wouldn't go that far... As ringouts are a part of arena combat... so not all together.

Huge bookcases you could shove over on to your opponent, and thick encyclopedias you could whip out and knock someone's teeth in with. Plus it'd be awesome to see guys trying punch one another through empty bookshelves. xd

kitchen stadium (who can make the best souffle while kicking a**??)
Akea Robot plant sounds pretty cool aswell

At a block party/ cook-out of some sort
Inside a contestants home with like...their family there.
Airstrip...Like Guile's stage on most SF games.
Bring the Sewer Back
Bring the Office Floor Back
Oh and a Fitness Gym, with treadmills, punching bags, jump-rope and barbells.

But Heaven or Hell isn't exactly arena combat, it's much more street fighting, which usually takes place wherever it starts. o=

A Burned out London Arena, kinda like from Reign of Fire. Every X amount of Turns a dragon comes down and tries to eat or burn one of the fighters.
