Sasori's blows were deafening inside the cocoon. Zetsu's head was beginning to throb and Zetsu yelled, "Sasori-san, quit it!", as the flytrap opened.
"Besides," Zetsu spit Sasori's hands out of his mouth, "they taste awful." Zetsu laughed as Sasori's hands hit the ground.

 ~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... (- 3 hours later-)
Deidara emerged from his room, incredibly exhausted. But still, more work was to be done. He quickly dashed past te other member's rooms, still unsure if they had come back inside yet. He stopped outside Sasori's room and pulled our a small golden key. He stuck it into the lock, heard the "click" as it unlocked, pushed the door open and made his way inside shutting the door behind him.
He replaced the key back into his pouch for safe keeping. He gazed around the room. "It has to be here somewhere, un." He spoke walking towards his master's bookcase. He scanned the books lining the shelves. "No...damnit, un! It's not here, un!!!" He turned away from it and headed for his closet.
He tried just simply pulling the door open, but of course, no luck. "Now what, un?!" He looked once more around the room, upon seeing nothing, he began to force his mind to work. He really didn't want to break down the closet door. If he did manage to fulfill his "personal" mission, he didn't want his master mad at him.
Deidara pulled a hand through his hair. "Come on think, un!!!" He sat down on his master's bed, closed his eyes and opened his mind. He needed to get into the closet. But how was he to do it without destroying it?
He sighed. At first, he just looked at the door. He then remembered his master saying something about "puppet strings" being the most useful tool out there.
Deidara bolted to the other side of the room. He tore open his master's desk drawer and began rifiling through it. "Ah-ha, un!" He shouted with triumph. He pulled a single string out of the box and headed back over to the door.
He slipped the string through a certain crack near the handle. Suddenly, the door opened. He smiled. He pulled the string back out and placed it next to his golden key, before shutting his pouch.
His eyes lit up when he realized what he had been looking for was on the floor of his master's closet. He was about to pick it up when he heard a certain Uchiha's voice in the doorway... .........

"Looking through Sasori's stuff huh?" Itachi leand up against the door frame. "Didn't take you very long to get in there I see." Itachi turned and looked at the open closet. Itachi walked in a little more, "I hope you don't mind, I want to see what this ~master~ of yours has in here." Itachi looked around the room and stopped at Deidara. He looked puzzled and asked, "What's with the book? Is it for your little reunion?" Itachi rolled his eyes. Why did Sasori pick him? He wondered. "Say Deidara, what did Sasori say to you when he wanted you to work with him?" Itachi didn't really care what Deidara had to say, he justed wanted to know why he was stuck with Kisame instead of Sasori.

~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... "Why do you care, un?!" Deidara snapped, pushing the Uchiha away."Get out of Sasori-sama's room, un!!! You don't deserve to be here, un!!!" Deidara shoved him towards the door with his right hand, while clutching, (yes a book), close to his chest as if his very life depended on it. "GET OUT, UN!!!" .........

"Oh and now you're aloud because he's your master!!!" Itachi yelled at Deidara as he shoved him back. "If you think for one moment that you will be anything like him, you're wrong because if you were like him, he would be alive by now." Itachi snapped as he glared at Deidara, turned and started walking toward the door...

~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... "GET OUT OF MY FACE, UN!!!!" Deidara roared. "I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN, UN!!!!" It was obvious the artist was frustrated. His beloved master had just died, and now the raven-haired Uchiha was blowing up at him. "I HATE YOU, UN!!!" He sounded childish, but he didn't really care. He pushed the Uchiha all the way out of his master's room before securely locking the door.
He leaned his back against the door, and then slid all the way down until he was sitting with his back against the wooden door. He let out a small frustrated sob.
He'd never really cried before. His emotions had always been kept inside. It seemed after all that time, he'd finally lost control over it all, and just let it go.
He wiped a tear from his cheek, and prayed to the heavens the Uchiha would leave him alone for good now.
Was he ever wrong... .........

"YEAH HIDING BEHIND A DOOR IS REALLY GOING TO DO ANYTHING!!!!!" Itachi yelled at the door. Itachi was frustrated ever since Deidara came to the Akatsuki. Itachi wished that Deidara would cool it and be normal for once.
Itachi glared once more at the door, "You can stay in there as long as you want. I don't care." Itachi snapped as he crossed his arms and walked down the hallway. Itachi's anger would just get worse when Sasori is talking again. Itachi went into the kitchen and made himself some dinner to calm himself down. He sat down at the dinner table and slowely started to eat.

~ WITHER IN PAIN ~ ......... Deidara had his ears covered when Itachi had been shouting. He didn't need to hear anymore of his crap. He was sick and tired of it. He stood up, still holding his master's "book" close, walked over and sat down on his bed.
Deidara laid down. He placed the book on his master's bedside table. The bedroom light was still on, shining as bright as day, but he didn't care. He lay there for a few minutes, trying to calm himself down. He wanted nothing more than to go downstairs and make the rest of the Uchiha's night a living hell.
He closed his eyes and tried picturing his master's face. He sighed and felt his heart sink. Nothing made sense anymore. He was lonely, and practically every member of the Akatsuki didn't really seem to acknowledge his existence. (Except Pein... he seemed more concerned with Deidara's well-being.)
The artist felt as if his world were caving in around him. Was it really over? He shook his head in disbelief. No... it wasn't over... not as long as he had his master's book...
The artist fell to sleep that night with a heavy heart and a troubled mind. .........

Pein slowly walked down the hall and saw sasori's door open. pein then walked over to saosori's room and listened and watched itachi and deidara. oein then walked into the room and motioned for itachi to leave. " Deidara wake up." pein walked over to the bed and shook deidara.

" deidara it's time for you to wake up. " pein turned towards the rest of sasori's stuff and let deidara lay their. "he looked up to sasori. if only all the members could act like sasori and deidara. or at least care about each other like deidara and sasori." Pein covered up deidara shut the door and walked downstairs. pein walked over to konan's room and knocked on the door.
"Konan where is that follower of yours. i want to test him. see if he is loyal to us or still loyal to orochimaru."

Kisame walked the forest. His presence masked by a genjutsu. His chakra was immense, so he had to hide it from enemies, as well as the allies. Of course, Itachi could always see through it. He always could with those eyes of his. He didn't like using Genjutsu either. He thought it was a waste of chakra. Ninjutsu was where his chakra should be geared for, but he didn't want to be spotted.

"Of course he's loyal to us. If he wasn't he would be dead all ready. Orochimaru istn't smart enough to even try to send a spy here," Konan said loudly. "He left, using his sounds jutsu to leave." She sighed, "Fuka, come here now!"

With a chime of bells, Fuka appeared down the hall. He casually walked up to Konan and Pein, "Master Pein, Master Konan, I'm guessing I'm here for a mission of sorts?" Everyone noticed as he walked down the hall, the bells tied to his clothing all around his body didn't make a noise. He smiled, "Of course, that's just a hunch."

Sir Leader "Konan! Come here!" Leader's voice rang out through-out the Akatsuki compound. Deidara, who was asleep, just tossed in Sasori's bed. Zetsu melded into the room. He seemed to have urgent news. "What is it, Zetsu?" Sasori He walked and walked. The forest seemed go on forever. "I wonder how Deidara is handling my death?" Just then, Sasori heard familar sounds. Sounds of Kisame humming something. Before Sasori could get away, he was standing face to face with Kisame. "Hey, guess who's still alive? Don't tell anyone else, okay."Sasori used a puppet replacement jutsu to escape the blue fish man.
