She shook her head, she could hold off until after they had seen the sun rise. The rays had begun to peek over the horzion, it wouldn't be long now at all. Looking back towards the lake and waterfall, she wondered if they should move a bit around the side of the lake, able to look directly over fall as the sun rose.
"Come on!" she smiled and started walking towards the waters edge. On the other side, she watched as the water crashed down into the lake below, turning to Vatsa her smile broadened. "The sun rising over the fall is beautiful. The light reflects on the spray below...it almost seems to twinkle."

'Okaaay,' Vatsa said, the word vanishing as a yawn overcame him again. Such a sleepyhead! He hoped this really was an amazing sight to warrant getting up extra early for, and to drag him away from a warm mare.
'Sounds lovely,' he replied politely, striving to wake up and shake off his fuzzyhead. 'Leeead on.' he yawned again as he followed Tuli.

She laughed, snorting slightly at the stallion's still sleepy demenor. Tuli was used to rising early, it was rare that she slept past the sunrise. "This way then," she motioned with her head towards the lake's shore that lie opposite the fall.
The brilliantly colored rays began to peek even more into the sky, chasing the darkness that had taken over for night. She moved slowly once she reached the area, trying to decide the best place to stop and watch. Once she settled on a place, she turned and looked back to Vatsa.
"Here we go," she said with a smile, turning her focus back to the fall. "This will be the most beautiful sight you've ever seen!" She was sure it would at least be close to the most beautiful sight....

Vatsa followed Tuli quietly, not awake enough for idle comments about the morning or the scenery. The air was helping though, cool enough blow away the remaining sleepy fog. So by the time they reached the vantage point, he was awake enough to smile and replied; 'Really? Well that would be two sights then this morning.' and he grinned to himself, looking away from the mare and towards the waterfall to await the rising sun.

Slowly the sun began to peek over the falls. Rays of light beaming into the sky and reflecting off of the falling water beneath. It was beautiful.
"You're quite the talker," she said softly, a bit embarassed but she tried not to let it show. She waited a few moments before speaking again.
"Will you be leaving soon?" she wasn't sure what Vatsa intentions were once the sun had shone in all it's glory, she hoped she would be able to see him again though.

'Well why not?' Vatsa asked, grinning, and giving Tuli a little wink.
'Really it's the truth, so why not say it.' At that moment the sun started to peek over the horizon, the showers of water droplets that rose up as the fall hit the lake looked like showers of diamonds in the sunlight, a picture perfect moment that would sadly not last. The waterfall would still be a natural wonder, just the moment would never be the same.
'I might drift homewards, show the family I'm still alive before I go wandering again.' he said casually. He didn't want to play with Tuli's feelings, but he did want to see her again. He turned to her and tugged on her mane.
'Maybe I'll wander this way again if it's alright with a certain pretty mare?' he chuckled.

She turned, playfully trying to n** at his maw when he tugged on her mane. "If by chance you mean me, I'd love to see you again." She smiled and bobbed her head a few times.
He had been quite an interesting encounter for Tuli, unique to say the least. She had more fun in the short time they had spent than she had in a while, she hoped to have another meeting with him.
"Maybe next time, you can take me on an adventure..." She stated softly. She'd love to see where Vatsa's travels took him.

Vatsa took a quick look around, making a show of scanning his eyes about.
'Nooo..don't see another mare about.' he looked back at Tuli. 'Good. I'll certainly think about finding you again then.' he said in a teasing manner. Truthfully he had no idea how he would think of her once they parted ways, other than as a pretty and pleasant new friend. If he thought about her alot, then he would see her sooner rather than later.
'If you wanted? I certainly don't ever mind having company.'

"Think?" She retorted, trying to playfully look as though she had been offended. "That wasn't exactly what I was hopeing for." she laughed. Her attentioned focused in on Vatsa instead of the waterfall now, the moment was over and the sun had moved farther up in the sky.
"I think it would be fun to get out and see different places, and...You'd, You'd make it a fun adventure." She nodded. She wasnt' sure how he'd find her again since she never really stayed in one place for long, but, she often took to the skies so maybe if he were in the area again he would see her there and be able to follow her until she landed.

What had she been hoping for? He wanted to ask her that question, but was unsure as to whether the answer would appeal. If he didn't ever see her again he wouldn't want to think that he had hurt her feelings, but neither did he want to give her hope when they'd spent such a small amount of time together.
'If you wish,' he said, choosing his words carefully. 'We can call this our place to meet? You drop by, or I'll drop by, and hopefully our paths will cross at some point.'
It was all he could say for sure right now, that he would like to see her again.

She nodded and smiled, flicking her tail playfully hitting his side. "Deal." She came here often enough that hopefully their paths would cross again. He had been fun to converse with, and it was nice not being in solitude.
"I suppose I should be off though," she looked up at the sun that was moving over head, "My parents worry..."
If she were being truthful to herself, her parents would be relieved to know that she was taking chances in her life. They worried that she was too fearful to leave their side. It would be good for her. "Another day then?"

'Then you should go, show them you survived the bad ole world.' Vatsa said with amusement. Truthfully he hoped that it meant her parents would see that Tuli could cope out there on her own.
'Another day,' he replied, going over and pressing his nose against her neck. If he did never see her again, he would leave with a nice memory, her soft pelt and the warm scent of the pretty mare that he'd met.
'Take care of yourself Tuli..' he said, moving as though to leave.

"Another day, Vatsa." She lowered her head a bit and smiled, then turned to make her way back to her parent's territory.
..."Another day., she smiled and thought to herself as she left.
