Well really, you just have to remember that Sagittarius people look like archers or so and are fire so need to look attention seeking in a way. So bright colours and so. Thin and agile looking but they usually look quite weedy or so. The Mercury is another thing... of how you speak and think. The sun sign is in a feminin sign which is also important too.
