Alex chuckled. "Oh, no you can stay, i was just resting my eyes. Big day, you know? Lots of people to meet." Sitting up, he played with his watch for a second. "Oops, I forgot to change it, I'm in a different time zone here.... There." Satisfied with his work, he turned to Maddy. "See?" He held up his watch with a wide grin. Alex wanted to see how much it would take to freak her out.

Maddy smiled slightly. "haha, very funny.." She rolled her eye's. "I don't think you'll get to meet many people, it looks like alot of people are just hanging out with there roomates. Matthew and Peace went for brekfast or soemthing while I know the other girl, she's waiting for her room mate to arrive I believe.." Maddy sighed and took out her watch, she didn't ware it but she still owned it. She compaird the times. "If you haven't relized for the past god knows how long...I live in the same area as you...Actully I think I live down the street.."

Alex frowned for a moment, tring to remember. "Hey, wait. Are you in the blue house...?" He sighed, there were only a few houses that he hadn't ever been to on his street, and that was one of them. Putting is hand into a suitcase, he pulled out a cell phone and started to look at the names on his 'friends' list.

"Hm, your not very observant.." She smirked. 'The blue house is now black...and yes that's my house.." Maddy grabbed her laptop and flipped it open. Maddy sighed and checked her email. No one but her old best friend..She closed it and slid it to the edge of the bed. She grabbed her note book and put hte pen to her lips. Thinking of somethin to write.

"A black house?" He chuckled slightly, but straightened his face as she smirked. Looking over her shoulder at the e-mails, he laughed again. ONE person e-mailed her?! I bet I have at least eight... If I had remembered to bring my laptop... Alex had decided to go get it later as he returned to his bed and took off his shoes, revealing his pink socks. "Ahhhhhhh... Hey, What you writing?" He asked, curious.

"You shouldn't look at peoples emails, espeically if they don't want you to.." She said flatly as she turned around and clicked the delet button. Sevral emails that he hadn't seen got erased. She turned to face him and sighed. "Poetry mainly...I'm not very good..." Maddy sighed and handed him the book. Three poems all lined up. She brought her recent book so there were few.
[[Okay quickly I'm just gonna get one of my poems I guess...]]
Maddy resited the first poem by memory, it was called the back stabber i once knew...
"This blades become my new bestfriend.
Since the other was defected.
A friend should shield you from the pain,
But she only caused it.
She knew I loved him.
But put my feelings aside,
And the day she said yes to his qustion,

Sharp and unleashing.
It numbs me up and get's me ready for the world.

Sure the blade against my skin hurts a little bit.

I hit the ground with a thud.

[[HAHAHAHAHAHA, no I'm jking. It was pretty good.]]
Alex flipped through the book, most of the pages were blank. Startled by many of the poems he looked up. "These are... interesting." Handing the book back with a tentative smile, he scratched his head for a second. "Sorry... I'm just a nosy person. I can't hlep it." Frowning at his lack of self-restraint, he sighed and returned his attention to the cellphone and deleted several of the names. While frequently cursing as he did so.

Maddy sighed and ripped out a couple of pages. Throwing them in the trash she sighed and looked over at him. She peeked over his shoulder and sighed. "So many friends on that list, but so many who don't diserve to be..." Maddy smiled, it came out more of a mangled smirk. "It's okay, not like I have anything to hide. Just a backstabbing old best friend who emails me constantly telling me how I have no friends and i never will.." Maddy shrugged and set the lap top on his bed. "You can use it if you'd like, you probably would get more use out of it then I do.."

Alex sighed and held the computer back. "I know the feeling..." His memory called him back to his childhood buddy, Ethan, who now thought he was a depressed freak. It was painful, Alex had never stopped wanting to be Ethan's friend, but the 'clique' walls at the school that they shared wouldn't allow him to unless he changed himself... And that was something he just wouldn't do. Realizing that he had just had flashback, Alex grinned sheepishly and dropped the computer on to the bed before hitting the 'clear all' button on his cell phone. "There" Happy that that was off his shoulders, he was able to relax.

Maddy smiled. "id di the same thing with my cell phone not to long ago..." Maddy gently took Alex's cell phone from him looking at his phone number she added it on his phone and then hers on his. "I hope you don't mind me doing that..." She blushed a bright pink and sighed staring up at the clieieng once more.

As Maddy grabbed his cellphone, he looked at her questioningly, but smiled as he realized what she was doing. "Not at all." Looking at his cellphone, he pocketed it and grinned. Then he realized that Maddy was blushing. "What's wrong? It's ok to be friends... I think." Frowning at what he had just said, it was his turn to look away at his feet.

Maddy smiled brightly. "Friends...Sounds like soemthing I've been needing.." Maddy tucked her cell phone away and stared at his bag. Her OCD taking over. She got off th ebed and grabbed his bag. Opning it she started putting his stuff away. "Sorry...Bad habit of mine...I guess."

"Yea, no kidding..." Alex was slightly irked when she started putting his stuff away, but he was ok with it. Grabbing the smallest bag from the pile, he said, "You can do whatever you want with those bags, just don't look in this one... Ok?" Seriousness in his face, he looked up at her and waited for a response.

Maddy smirked."Hm...Now you've made me curious.." Maddy smiled and sat down beside Alex. She hugged him tightly. It was more of her gentle attack. She snatched the bag and danced over to the other side of the rooming. Opning it to find?

Alex's face turned red when Maddy hugged him and got even redder as she took the bag. "Wha- no! Don't op-" Furious, he got up and snatched the bag away, not before she saw what was inside, a gun and a knife.
