Dimitri dropped a tissue, the silent signal for the machine guns too start, The guns opened up on the building. A minute later a morotr round hit near the main entrance, then a second an third hit the building. Dimitri began picking off any he could get through the windows.

Matthew glared at the man and rolled his eye's. " God I hate everyone.." he whisperd as he pulled out his gun and loaded it. Standing behind Anthony he bit on his lip, waiting for his vengence to begin.

Evelyn smiled softly. "Well thats me!" She said going into the tunnel. Feeling kind of weird at the fact that no one she really knew was in there with her.

The General looked at any surviving soldiers that could keep going,"Move!" he pointed to the blasted entrence.

Anthony grabbed Matthew and pulled him into the tunnel.He closed the hole and walked to the center of the group.The other exacues were reuniting with friends and family,while most wept,"Okay!Get into the sewers!Once you are all in the sewers we detonate the mines.If you are not in the sewer when the mines go off,good luck,we won't come back for you." he ordered and the group walked to the sewer system.

Dimitri switched channels on his talkie. "Cease fire I repeat cease fire we got friendlies moving in" He spoke into it, the machine guns and mortors stopped firing. Dimitri switched back too the public channel too await further orders.

The General looked up and touched the headset on his gas mask,"Dimirti,get down here.Bring a submachine gun." he ordered.

"Yes sir" Dimitri radioed back. He tossed the tarp off and made his way down stairs, switching his rifle for a SMG with one of his troops. The others began packing, the new sniper made his way too Dimitri's old position too act as cover for them. when the others were ready they moved out heading for the general's position.

The General nodded to Dimitri,"You know that I respect you as a soldier and a man Dimitri.Which is a reason you're so high in rank." he said,"Dimitri,I'm allowing you to lead these men to see if you are ready to become a general yourself,Mr.Greed's orders that I do it to my best soldier.If you do well you will lead your own group of men alongside my own.If you fail,well..." the last soldier he had given this test put a gun to his own head and pulled the trigger,"...you will have lost the lives of your men and yourself." he finished grimly.

Dimitri snapped a salute. "I won't let you down sir" He said. He motioned too the men to folow him and they did. He walked, his gun heald at the ready, he watched both the bodies and the building as he did soo, he had heard stories about men who hid among dead bodies then would spring up and open fire with a full automaitc weapon. He stopped, noticing a small bump in the dirt. "Kyle!" He called, his engineer came up. Dimitri pointed at the lump. Kyle nodded and took out his combat knife. He scrapped away dirt and after about a minute, saw the metal pressure plate of a mine. damn it, right into a freaking mine field He thought. "kyle go ahead, check for more, five foot spread" He said, The engineer nodded and began walking ahead. "watch your step or you'll lose a leg, both, or worse" He called back. He walked forword allowing a few feet distance between the engineer and him.

The General watched Dimitri carefully,"Tic toc Dimitri,those rebels are in that building somewhere and if you don't catch up they're going to get away.Leave Kyle to the mines." he said.

Matthew rolled his eye's. Dispite the fact that this guy was trying to save many lives, he was annoying. His face darkend and he folled Anthony. Skipping the ladder he jumped into the sewers. "Gross..." he whisperd quietly as he bumped into the girl from earlier. "Oh hi...Sorry.."

rather take a few minutes then get blown into bloody confitee He thought annoyed. Their was only a few feet left, kyle gave Dimitrti a thumbs up, the rest of the way was clear. Dimitri moved too the door took a position ready for entry. He took a breath then moved in, quickly, his men falling in behind him. They moved throught the first floor clearing every room They found a stairway leading down. He motioned too the men other then his squad. "Search the rest of the building" He said, they all disperessed going upstairs. His team stacked up against the wall next too the door, Dimitri put his hand behind his back, one of the men handed him a small metal canister, a flashbang capable of temporary blinding and deafening. He pulled the pin and tossed it down the stairs and waited for the pop.

Evelyn then looked at Matthew. "Oh hi....It's okay." She said moving her hair out of her face. "wow it sure is dirty down here." She said plugging her nose.
