Matt would reach up for the title, hoping to get it before Sonjay got to the top!

ऊ Sonjay made it to the top of the ladder just as Matt reached for the belt. He quickly went to jab Matt in the gut with a forceful right hand. ऊ

Matt was hit with the right hand, causing him to buckle with pain. He then would reach up as if to grab the title, but then attempt to bring his arm down smashing down onto Sonjay's head!

ऊ Sonjay was hit on the head and his face bounced off the top of the ladder, but he did not fall but simply crumbled of the top of the ladder. ऊ

Matt would then attempt to grab Sonjay by the head and throw him off the ladder in a hopeful attempt that he would fall to the bottom!

Matt was punched, causing him to stumble down the ladder by a rung or two.

ऊ Sonjay climbed to the top rung and grabbed the belt and then attempted to kick Matt off the ladder by pulling himself up on the belt and punting Matt's chest. ऊ

Matt managed to grab the leg and attempted to bring Sonjay down onto his shoulders. If successful, he would attempt to powerbomb him off the ladder!

ऊ The next thing that happened went by so fast for Sonjay, he did not know if it was real. He was on the top of the ladder with the belt in his hands and then he just wasn't any more. ऊ

Matt took a breath for a moment, before reaching up and attempting to take the title down!

Matt pulled the title down, winning the match. He sighed and leaned on the top of the ladder as the bell rang.
"Here is your winner and new All Action Champion!... Matt Shanahan!"
'Almost Easy' by Avenged Sevenfold played as Matt looked around at the fans and held the title up, receiving a mixed reaction from the fans. He climbed down the ladder with the title in his hands. Matt then climbed out of the ring, not wanting to be in it when Sonjay finally would come around. He went up the ramp, smacking a few of the fans' hands as he headed to the back.
