For a moment Neva Lee only watches his retreating back in confusion, brushing aside the odd realization that she also rather liked that smirk as if it were nothing more than some silly little thought, before following slowly afterwards as if carefully choosing ever movement. 'I make the strangest friends...' She thinks silently to herself, following him in and then watching his actions with her head tilted to the side in curiosity. 'I seem to like people who are polar opposites of me.' She concluded moving up to come to a stop slightly beside bu more behind him than anything

He touches his legs in game and then looks at them. His face for the first time broke from its harsh nature and into more a griefed state. He let out a heavey long sigh as he gazed upwards towards the warm glow of the stain glass window behind the alter. He accidently allowed some words to escape his lips, for a moment forgetting that he was holding his mic button down in real life, "For you.. I will search.."
He didnt relize he had spoke outloud in game, and its apparent when he moved from infront of the alter to its rear. He leans against the alter, while the soft light blankets him in its life giving force. He thought to himself, I miss you Aeia.. It should have been me.

Neva Lee frowns slightly and steps back and away, looking down and clearly becoming uncomfortable as she clutches at herself in a motion similar to one small children use to comfort themselves. 'Of course, I should've known from the additude, what he said... He's lost someone very close to him.' She thought to herself, looking forlornly at the floor, watching his reflection it it. She feels like she's intruding on something secret, something that should be kept hidden and safe so that others can't defile it; in the strangest way she feels like a pervert, seeing something that's oddly pure and untainted despite everything.
Being no stranger to that kind of pain herself she knows the duality of the emotions of wanting someone to talk to for comfort and yet not wanting to talk to anyone and only wanting to be alone. Neva Lee continues watching his reflection for a moment beforeshe looks away. 'What could I possiably say? Nothing makes that kind of hurt go away... and those things he said earlier...' Her frown only got more withdrawn and sad, hurt in and of itself. 'It would be just my luck, and most likely his as well, if I just happened to look like them as well...' She closed her eyes tightly for a moment, her eyes tearing up in the real world as she struggled to gain control over the emotions.
Seraphina herself wanted nothing more than to break down and tell Azrael everything, tell him the she had figured out he'd lost someone and that she too knew how he felt, but true to her nature she represses those emotions and buries them deep, forcing herself to stop crying. Composure partially regained Neva Lee leaves the area she had corned herself in and steps forward, still concentrating on his reflection and not the real thing. "I'm sorry..." She tells him as gently and as softly as she can manage. "I really shouldn't have intruded, I apologize for asking..." She sighs, doing her best to keep her face carefully blank and emotionless, but it's quite clear just how upset she's becoming.

"What," He turned around and asked her as he broke out of his clamour. He wondered did he say something he didnt realize. He almost felt embarrassed hoping he had not. He sighed and figured, she must know just by how he is acting, he thought how foolish of him to let that slide.
"She died in a car accident.. a few months ago. I was in that car when we were heading to the movies. We came up to an intersections,.. and I forgot to stop at the light, and well," he looked at her with a cold expression, trying his best to hide his feelings, " a dump truck drove right into the passanger side. The next thing I knew I was waking up in the Hospital, unable to feel my lower body and.. was informed my friend was killed in the incident. The last thing we did together was come here, we were looking into the NPC known as Tri-Edge."
He laughs ackwardly, as he turns around and looks at the stainglass window once more, he says looking at her reflection within the glass, "I dont even leave my room anymore, and I try my best not to make friends on here.. I'm just afraid I'm going to do more harm then good."

Frowning she continues watching his movements, and though she knows that her input is most likely neither welcome nor wanted, and though she knew already that what she was about to say would sound cruel, she couldn't really stop herself. "Be grateful then that she most likely felt no pain, be grateful you didn't have to watch her die slowly and painfully," She says, and though the words sound slightly bitter and a little cold she continues, "You should be happy that you had good times together at all, that you have happy memories untainted by the memory of your friend as something darker than she was before she died." She tightens both hands into fists and then flexes them, given herself a distraction.
It's really hard to surpress her emotions now, after all, while his wounds are still fresh her's have had four years to sit and fester. There's a small part of her that wants to admit exactly what she went through, what she saw happen, but she know somehow that it's too late to say anything about that now. He'll probably hate her for what she said, after all, most people didn't like hearing things like that; she knew she hated it when people told her the same "you should be happy for your time together." speech. "I can't tell you how to live your life, I try to practise what I preach. I never leave my room either. I've barely left it for the past four years." Neva Lee admits, not knowing why she let that bit slip, but hoping that somehow he won't loose his temper and kill her.

He looked at her, as her words rolled out from her mouth and slammed hard into his own thoughts. Her truthful words of reality were hard to swallow however he took each word at face value. He thought she was right but yet found it hard to not forget he was the one responsible for driving.
He sighed, and also thought about his disability in real life, he couldnt move and the anger about that was much harder to forget, much harder to ignore. Before he could comment, he heard her ending remark and decided, he had spilled to much information about himself and had forgotten there are other people in this world that have trouble to deal with as well.
"Well, I wont press you on this matter, but.. if and when you want to talk about it, I geuss I can lend an ear, since you have for me. Also let me tell you something, your advice was sound just.. dont expect me to heed to it any time soon."
He always worked in the value of favors, it was one of the many defensive mechanisms he had practiced, especially on here. He no longer felt hostility towards her and decided to offer her something.
"... Hmn, Its been a long time since I traveled with someone to a dungeon.. I geuss it could be fun, what do you say," he asked trying to change the mood and trying to show her that he was letting her in, that he wasnt such a p***k.

Mereille Logs into the World and paused, waiting for the slight disconcerting effect of the sudden scene transition to settle in before making any movements. The world around her, Mac Anu, was fairly full of other players, causing a smile to form on her face. Lifting her staff so it rested on her shoulder in a relaxed pose, Mereille strode across the outpost, waving at people she knew and just smiling at people she didn't. She wasn't really in the mood to join a party yet, so she walked around the area, checking the quest shop (No new quests...) and conversing with a couple of acquaintances over e-mail. What shall I do today? She wondered, stretching and sweeping her blue hair out of her eyes. She'd been saving up for some new armor, but it was a long process, especially for a harvest cleric. Maybe she could join a dungeon team. Sighing loudly, Mereille sat down on the stone floor, beside a wall. Beside her sat several other players, also watching the world go by. After a very short while, she directly addressed them both. "What are you lot waiting here for, then?" One of them, a flick reaper by the look of him, ignored her, staring into space. But the other man, possibly a friend of the reaper, smiled and leaned towards her. "Yo, I'm Dawncry, the Shadow Warlock. What about you?" Mereille smiled back bouncily. "I'm Mereille." A small silence passed between them. Am I that famous, to silence fellow player with just my name? Mereille was about to follow up her previous statement with a question, when Dawncry halted her by speaking himself. "What class are you, perchance?" Evidentely not. Mereille paused. How new was this guy? The entire situation fell into place as she thought it through, like so many pieces of a child's jigsaw puzzle. Clearly, Dawncry was being shown the ropes by his friend, the flick reaper. She had no idea why he was staring into space like that, but there could be a number of reasons. Probably mailing a friend of his. But still... Wasn't the big staff and cutesy goody-two-shoes look obvious enough for this guy? She had to forcibly restrain herself from whacking him over the head with her staff. Forcibly. "I'm a Cleric. See the staff?" She lifted it, since at the moment the odds that he wasn't very observant were stacking up. "About as powerful as a mouldy stick, but at least it looks nicer. Clerics use these, mostly." Dawncry laughed and nodded, impressed. Mereille smiled. Look at me, she thought, teaching newbie's how to play. Aren't I all grown up?

Smiling in an almost friendly way compaired to the more calm and bored smile of before, though she still seems to have that strange far off look about her face, Neva Lee nods, secretly very thankful for the distraction from her memories. "Alright. It sounds like a lot of fun." She says, tucking her hands behind her back, a supicious little white tail flipping slowly from side to side behind her. She seems completely unaware, however, of the tail displaying clearly for all the world that yes, she is indeed happy. "Where to, then? I'll let you pick this time." She smiles a bit more after this, almost in a michevious way.

((Geez, I need to get on more. I'm starting to fall pretty far behind.))
Hotaru shuddered awake, realizing she had dozed off in both worlds. She yawned and wiped her eyes, her Zami now standing. She walked back out into the main part of Mac Anu, ignoring the sunset this time. Delta Eternal City Mac Anu. The city with the eternal sunset. Zami thought this, strolling around. There was still nothing new at the Quest Shop, and she had already replenished her stock of items yesterday. A few passing users began conversations with her, occasionally trading items. She was glad to help some of them out, but it meant she'd have a lot of repeats of items for customizing her weapons. As she was doing an inventory check, the words "Screw it all," escaped from her character. She found the nearest shop -- it happened to be the weapons shop -- and sold all of the boring items. After all, she had the weapon she wanted, customized as she wanted, and more GP than she wanted. After gaining her GP, Zami wandered back to where all the guild shops were, buying items from them just to benefit the guilds. Eventually, she gave them as gifts to random people passing by. With a sigh, Zami went back to the Chaos Gate and waited for the first newbie that entered. She might help them, unless they were totally annoying. Then she'd desert them.

"Well, I was thinking somewhere new. They just opened snow related zones, and well.. I think we should really go give them a look."
Its odd how his tone changes when he finds someone acceptable as a friend. He doesnt use the harsh nature that he typically does as a wall against others. He moves towards the Chaos gate.
"So to Mac Anu, then to Θ Cold Wall of Light; That key combination should lead us to the Snowy Mountains Zone."
He reaches the Chaos gate and turns around waiting for her to zone first. He may be hard to talk to from time to time, but he did have manners. Also for the first time in awhile, he believed he could trust her.

Still smiling in the slightly more friendly way she walks out after him. She's a little amused at how he's changed so quickly, but at the same time it's a good thing not to be glared at any longer. "I love snow, winters my favorite season." She explains, closing her eyes and smiling just a tad brighter at him before she steps toward the Chaos Gate and warps out and back to the Mac Anu. Once back she steps away and turns back to wait for him, hands tucked behind her back and smiling rather happily at the Choas Gate. Weither her friends are on or not isn't much of a big deal, and all plans of deleting Neva Lee have left her mind completely.
For the short moment while she waits she ponders the change between when he first yelled at her and now, tilting her head slightly as the smile slowly starts to fade back into a more calm one. 'How very strange...' She tells herself, the tail behind her swaying slightly from side to side.

".. I will still look for him, I promise you Aeia. I wonder how long, I can keep lieing about that car accident..," he said as he turned around, ".. No one would believe me that you had fallen into a coma after playing this game.. so for now.. I geuss including you in that car accident I was involved in.. wont hurt."
He warped out of the lost grounds and teleported into Mac Anu. There he saw Neva Lee standing there, at first he felt ackward that someone was waiting for him, but he quickly reminded himself he had invited her. He didnt know if he should tell her the truth or not, but guilt was not a real issue for him. He has been lieing about that car accident for a few months now, and he himself almost believed it.
"Well, your all geared up?"
He checks his own inventory and makes sure he has enough healing potions, he still has a few. Thankfully he always carries so many of them, that and he almost expects a round of pvp here and there. He smirked and looked towards Neva Lee.
"Well as the saying goes, Lady's First."

Lillith logs into The World. and she immediately spotted her friend's character. "Neva Lee" Lillith exclaimed chirping happily waving to her friend. "I'm sorry I didn't get on sooner. I was having to finish up some stuff before I was allowed to get on." she said shifting around uncomfortably. Lillith looked at the man next to Neva Lee. "Who is your new friend?" she asked invesigating his face.

Neva Lee jumps slightly, bringing herself out of her thoughts; she had fallen so quickly into her thoughts, going from about how strange his mood swing had been to how strange all of her friends seem to be in general. "I believe I'm ready to go, but I forgot to check..." She trails off and laughs slightly at her spacy moment. "Give me a moment and we'll be off, alright?" She asks, but since it's a retorical question she doesn't wait for a response. Looking at her inventory she finds it in the same condition that it was in when she last went on a real adventure.
Still thinking even as she runs over the list of items in her inventory Seraphina smiles to herself. He wasn't so bad once you got past the surface, in fact, it seemed like Azrael had performed somethng of a 360 personality wise; he was downright gentlemanly compaired to how he was before. As she decided she had enough potions to do her for awhile she also decided that still rather liked that smirk, but as before she brushes the thought aside and continues running of the list. After running a full inventory check and finding it all in good condition she waits a moment for herself to to readjust from the different lighting changes again. "Alright. Everythings in order," She explains, tucking her hands behind her back again, closing her eyes happily, her tail clearly swaying. "You said Θ Cold Wall of Light, correct?" Neva Lee asks, tilting her head and fixing him with a curious expression, but once again it's more retorical than anything.
Stepping froward she was brought to a stop by one of her friends suddenly getting on and appearing right before her. "Lillith..." She gasps, speechless for a moment, and then she sets one of her calm smiles on her. "I'm glad you finally got on, this is Azrael..." She trails off, frowning slightly, then turns to Azrael, questioning him with her eyes if her friend can come.

He shrugged. He looked at Neva Lee's friend and then back to Neva Lee and just said in his normal mannerism, "Eh, whatever. I'll meet you two there."
He quickly typed in the words: Θ Cold Wall of Light and was immediately teleported out of Mac Anu and into the zone of Snow. There he stands infront of the chaos gate, The snow is up to his knee's almost as he thought this will be a definate challange considering his movement will be impaired here. He also noticed that it appeared to look like a desert, except not sand, just snow that stretched on for miles. He was excited but, he didnt know how to act with Neva Lee's friend coming along.
