Caleb nodded. "Yeah, Rex's name came to me after I'd seen him!" He grinned at Uri. "Thanks! I'll have to bring him to visit sometime! And maybe then you'll have your chimera too!" He wiggled excitedly. They'd been sitting for too long. Time to burn off energy! "Race ya!" And he scrambled down and was off, no real goal in mind.

"I hope so." Both said in time, hoping that they would soon get to meet their Chimera, play with it, and bring it to meet Caleb and Rex. It would be so much fun! Their tails were wagging when suddenly a new race was on.
Lucius started to climb down to follow where as Uri made a flying leap off the to the sand below, he landed and then set to chasing after his friend. His fall of the bars had showed him that the sand was good for catching you, it gave him a distinct advantage over Lucius who was chasing after them fast as he could once his feet touched the ground.

Caleb giggled as he looked back over his shoulder, leading the twins on a nice little run about the park. Ah, running. His favorite thing in the world! Something he was good at. Oh how he couldn't wait for his chimera to show up! They'd run and run and run all day!

The race with Caleb quickly turned into a race for second place, he was so quick that the twins couldn't seem to keep up with him and were awed by it. They were still trying their best and able to keep up better this time then the last race. They were happily chasing after him until a whistle cut through the air causing them to slid to a halt. Their ears twitched back and forth before they turned to look in the direction the sound came from.
Akuji had a hand in the air, waving it rapidly to get the attention of her boys, "Lucius! Uri! Come on Pups we need to get heading home!" She called when they looked her way.
The twins began to pout, looking at each other, over to Caleb and back to the guardian. Well now, that was no fun... they turned to Caleb, "We will play again soon?" They called to him, sounding hopeful.

Caleb skidded to a halt at the whistle, a practice drilled into him from soccer practice. He blinked and looked about, spotting the twins and their guardian waving at them. He quickly jogged to where the two boys were and nodded. "Very soon, I hope!" He put an arm around each boy's shoulders as they moved towards their guardians. "Our chimeras will have to meet, after all!"
Kaden was looking rather thoughtful. Hrm... all of that soccer seemed to have a good effect on his charge. He needed a whistle... The man smiled as he watched his child link up with the twins as they moved over towards the two guardians. Yes, soccer had been a very good thing for Caleb. He scribbled something down on a piece of paper. "Here's my number. Feel free to call and set up a time for them to get together and play. It's good to see Caleb get along well with others."

The twins's tails were happily wagging as they walked over to where Akuji and the man were standing, "Yes, I hope that they can meet very soon." The twins said before they both gave Caleb a hug before trotting over to Akuji, grinning, "We are gonna have our Chimera meet Caleb's Chimera!"
She smiled, patting them both on their heads before reaching over to take the paper, "Thank you." She dug into her pocket and took out a business card that was marked with the name of her band, its logo, along with phone number and email, "Here, you can use this to get a hold of us."

Kaden smiled and took the card, reaching down to ruffle Caleb's hair. "You ready to go?" He was a bit apprehensive about the boy's chimera arriving, considering that they'd been told it would get rather big. "Let's head home. Dinner should be ready soon."
Caleb grinned, hugging both boys back, tail wagging. "Bye!" He gave a wave to the twins as he and his guardian headed off to their car.
