There's so much Vietnamese food that my mom makes, but I forgot all the names. xD One is like a salad that's kinda tangy, and you pour like beef on top of it and the beef juice mixes in with the dressing and it's really good. x3
Another is a type of pork I think that's cooked with boiled eggs and the egg turns brown, and you eat it over rice. Forgot what that's called too. xD
The best though is Pho. Hoa Viet is the best. =B
Top it off with Yan Yans. Oh and there are these type of sticky dessert things, sometimes they're green, and they're striped with bean paste. OH. And these delicious ball things, that are like buns, but they're stickier, and they're colored pink, white, and green, and they're delicious. <333

I love PHO, spring rolls, fried tofu, fried rice :-<. I'm living in US with my host family now so i don't have a chance to eat em sad (.
