well, as heero stated several posts ago, it is currently scheduled for US release in January, but if you want to see it sooner, you can buy/download the Jap version.

I heard the movie was awsome, but that it was focused to heavily on Cloud and Tifa, Red13 has 2 lines eek

well, it's true. other than Cloud, Tifa, and Vincent, none of the others have much to say (although they do have their share of screen time, just not as much)
as for the story, it's good, but could've been better.
and as for the release date, SO FAR, January is correct for US release. i wouldn't be suprised if it got delayed AGAIN

I saw that movie four weeks ago. My friend downloaded with subtitles. It's really good.

i read in shojo beat (magazine related to manga/anime/etc.) that the creators had to go back and "roughen" the characters up a bit because they looked too realistic at first and they thought it would be hard for the audience (esp. those who have played ffvii) to connect with the characters if they looked too real.... mrgreen
