Noctus walked off calling over his shoulder. "Come now Rin." He trotted to the water and spent a minute drinking the cool water.

"Well so you can." Rin shook her head and slowly followed after Noctus. She not only drank the water, but stepped in so that she was chest high in water.

Noctus left his sister at the water and found his way back to the stallion. "I am sorry for my sisters behavior. I am Noctus and her name is Rin." He looked down at the stallion, flicking his tail.

Rin played in the water, shaking her mane so that it sprayed water. She neighed happily and settled slightly to drink more.

*Gildas, without lifting his head, looked at the stallion who now towered above him and replied.*

Yes well...Life would be dull without horses such as herself. This is quite the lazy herd.

*He lifted his head and sat up. unfolding his front legs, sitting as a cat would. He looked about and saw that Stardust and her colt had gone without a word.*

And some like to leave without a word...Where did they go to?

Umm..Was that really necessary?

*Gildas looked to the water's horizon, he looked on for miles and miles, scanning the waters but saw no sign of a mare and her foal.*

It's okay...They most likely drowned out there somewhere..I've never seen another island on the water's horizon.

*Gildas looked at Rin, she seemed much younger than she looked.*

This island is home to a wide array of cratures. There are horses such as ourselves, birds and small mammals, fish and insects..But there is one creature, however that though I have never heard of any animal like it, it behaves more savage and wild than any of the creatures I've ever known. He is a rabid beast not to be messed with, they are clever and I don't think they have a heart, they do the most cruel acts towards others and only consider themselves. We have come to know them to be called man and I think they dwell within the big old mansion to the West.

*He looked to the west, a sudden gentle wind blowing that way, causing his mane and forelock to cover his face, making him seem more sullen and mysterious than he was.*

If they find any intrest in you you're as good as dead. Unicorns and Pegasus beware, this beast is the most feared of them all.

Celeste ran back to the others still slightly frightened. She stumbled and tripped on the edge of her wing falling by Noctus. She gazed up at him wide-eyed. She scrambled to her feet. Her small wings folded against her back.

Celeste tossed her little head snorting softly. "Celeste....."she replied hesitantly. Her unusually long tail swished softly.
