I'm open with anyone liking whatever they want. But I just don't like it when it might be weird, and they PUSH it out there. I think the only thing I don't really like about zoophiles are the younger ones connecting that to the furry community. A young zoo posted in the GD a couple days ago or so and was wondering how people thought furries where strange but made himself sound he was more a zoo then a fur:



....one thing the fur-haters say is "being a furry is the same as beastiality", and with zoophiles thinking "being a furry means I like things in fur" and then preaching they're a furry when they're not, well, that just adds more onto that stereotype and makes the fandom sound bad. As you can see here, we have a kid (I looked on his profile, he was 14) who doesn't really know what being a fur is really about. He's asking why people don't like furries, but then makes the big mistakes of saying he's turned on by his dog, and he "yiffs and is proud". I don't care if the kid was a zoo, I just didnt' like how he made it sound like being a fur is the same as a zoophile and him saying "he yiffs and is pround".

I guess I'd have to post a huge post to really explain why posts like these bother me... *shrugs as no one would want to read so much blarg*

So the person said some things which could be one reason why the average person believes that furries are "weird". How irritating. Unfortunately, there is no way to stop this misunderstanding unless the people making the mistakes realize that they are making mistakes and ask about it. People are naturally ignorant so both sides would be at fault here for taking everything at face value and making outrageous connections and assumptions. I do not know how this post is constructive in any way but I'll post anyway. sweatdrop

So uhhh... speaking of stuff making Furries look bad... anybody catch that Animal Planet special that was on saturday? I think it was called... "Weird, True, and Freaky" or something like that. Kobo came over and we had watched it since I had recorded it because I was going to be out when it was on. When we were watching it, they mentioned the furry fandom in there, and near the beginning of the show, there was a short clip of 2 fur suiters yiffing, I think... all I know is that I saw naked people and it looked like there was humping was going on =/

What about James Earl Jones? He alwase rolls a Nat 20 lol espicaly in mind control (Conan The barbarian he played thulsa doom) accept that one time when arnold cut his head off lol
