Kogi smiled slightly. He liked this girl. "well...I've been away from the office long enough I gotta get going...if your ever in the neighbor hood" he flicked took out a business card for the Republik restraunt. "just say you have business with me" He said. He stuck his hand against the tree, and a black portal formed, he sunk throught and out of sight, the portal closed. Kogi reappeared in his office in the basement of his restraunt.

Cal heads around the street corner "darn it its been four days sense my last real fight, where are all these villains." While walking he runs into a man and quickly grabs the guys wallet, lunch is on you my friend. Cal sees a place not to far from his current location so he runs over and orders some food. While waiting Cal's arm starts to lightly glow but fades out quickly, darn it I have to activate my arm soon before it just activates in the open.

Kogi went up the the restraunt and ordered. his meal arrived minutes later. I love owning a restraunt He thought as he started eating his meal of grilled chicken, mixed vegatables and garlic toast with a ice tea too drink.

Rebecca took the card and pocketed it. "Until we meet again," she said as he disappeared. She glanced around her for a second then spotted a small party. It looked like someone's birthday. "Gotta get them while they're young." She closed her eyes and felt her villain outfit appear on her body. She laughed loudly at the thought of finally having blood. "Give me your blood!" she screamed at the people trying to run away. She killed one man right away, calling his blood to swim around her body. She heard screams of terror as she floated above the park. "Not much is better than chaos."

Cal walks over to a empty table near the door, this way he can get out quicker once he is done. His arm lights up again for a little longer than last time, Cal quickly whispers under his breath "stop doing that we cant get caught out in the open right now". The light around Cal's arm fades away, he looks around the room but no one took any notice of him, thank god, this thing sure is good at fighting but not at stealth. Cal quickly eats his food, once outside I will find a place to hide for later tonight and while there let my arm drop the cloak that makes it look normal.

Kogi sat in his booth watching one of the tv's placed throught the restraunt when it suddenly changed too news. it showed a scene of violence with someone covered in blood walking around, the scene was taken from a helicopter."...police are currently evacuating the area and are preparing too move in and capture the suspect..." there's only one person who would walk around like that...damn it Rebecca you could told me you were going on a killing spree He thought. well I can atleast let her know... he picked up a napkin then opened a small portal leading to the park. He wrote a note on the napkin and sent it and the pen through the portal it landed near rebecca's feet the note read:
You could've asked me if I wanted too join. By the way police are moving in. If you want my help just wave too the camera in the news helicopter

She read the note quickly, moving the blood between her fingers. "Hmm... my urge has been satisfied.... and a playmate would be fun...." She crumpled the note and found the helicopter. She flew up to the camera and waved.

Cal looks up at the TV in the restaurant and sees the news "that place is not to far from here if I hurry I can get there real soon." He gets up and runs out of the restaurant with, out paying, and heads toward the helicopter. Cal sees the helicopter not to far off, he also sees a women flying. "Alright, its about time I had some action" he walks towards the women "hay leave them alone."

Kogi smiled abit as he saw her wave. Blackness formed underneath his seat and he fell throught. Several tedrails peirced the helicopter and pulled it too the ground. Plauge stood in his villian form the helicopter hovered above the ground no longer by it's own power but because it was being held up by the tendrails. Darkness began too consume the helicopter then the sound of grinding metal, the helicopter was now a compact pile of metal. Several police cars pulled up the police got out and aimed the guns. "FREEZE OR WE'LL SHOOT" one of the police men yelled. Kogi waved his hand at them, the tedrails that held the crushed copter swung, the helicopter flew and slammed into one of the cars, the officers opened fire. The larger endrails formed a sheild protecting him from the bullets. the smaller ones extended and shot at the police peircing throught four of them then lifted there bleeding bodies into the air. the ends opened up revealing dozens of tiny needles. the needles launched at struck the remaining officers killing them. the tendrails shook the bodies off, the ground around the cars ran crimson, from the ends of the needles, small rose buds grew then blossomed. the large tendrails unwrapped and the smaller ones did as well.

Cal just stands in complete aw at the massive amount of power that Kogi posses.He just looks at the massive darkness that is all around the surrounding area "Holy crap I have never seen someone be that powerful before". I don't think I can take that guy, but who cares, to fight someone that strong and win by yourself is impossible. "Hay dude why don't you fight someone that can actually hurt you back."

"...it's your family that'll be in greif not me "He muttered. The tendrails tips pointed at Cal and opened up showing the hundreds of tiny deadly needles. Kogi smirked "let's see how fast you are" He said. the needles launched streaking towords cal in a deadly swarm.

Cal jumps behind a close by tree to dodge the needles "darn it how many moves does this guy have". Cal walks out on the other side of the tree "nice shot, but now its my turn." Cal reaches out his arm and points it at Kogi and unleashes his arm. The cloak disappears showing his true right arm. Cal looks down at his strange right arm and it starts glowing, no thats a last case move. Cal looks up at Kogi "Take this, Spirit bullet" right as he says this one of the shards on his back breaks launching him right at Kogi.
