He stared at her, sad that he hadn't pulled it off. "Fine. Do you want to see the real medicine?!?!?!" He thrust it into her hand just before she started the engine."They're for Multiple Personalty Disorder. I-If you don't wat me around the baby anymore, I understand.He said as he pulled out How to be a father and hid his face behind it, trying to hide the fact that he was crying. His chest rose and sunk quickly as he hyperventilated.

 Looking at the medicine she turned and rested her hand on his cheek and turned his face to her. Looking at him with concern she kissed him softly wiping the tears away. "Is that what you really think of me? This baby is as much mine as it is yours. If you really think I would keep you away from our baby, then you don't know me that well." Reaching over him she pulled out her depression pills and bi polar pills and placed them in his hand. "There. My secret." She said softly. No one had known about that but her.

He looked at her and sighed, once again wondering how he had gotten so lucky. As she handed him the pills, he looked down at them. Beginning to smile, He said. "I'm sorry I even tried to keep a secret from you." He put away the book and gave the pills back. "I just thought- because the doctor said- nevermind, you just keep watch on me when I'm around the baby ok?"

Starting the car she pulled out and just started to drive around. "I know what MPD does to people love. And trust me. If these pills don't work, I will watch you. But you have to take them every day. For me.. If I'm off my meds." She thought of an example as she drove. "Remember that one time when I was really happy one moment and just really angry with you the next and you didn't do anything? I hadn't taken my pills that day... And I hate what I am when I don't take them. So... Just promise you will take them okay?" She looked over at him softly.

"Uhhh yea" He said slowly, actually he could think of several, but he din't want her to be mad at him. They had both had enough anger for today, and tomorrow, and next week. Then as she made him promise to take his pills every day. He just said. "Yea, I know. The doctor made me promise too." He sighed again as he grabbed the hand that wasn't steering.

Staring at him quickly she turned her faace to the road. "Okay so serveral times." She smiled and squeezed his hand. "MPD isn't your fault Alex... I'm not going to punish you for it. You will be a father to this baby, MPD or no MPD you will be. Understand?" She turned and stared at him as they were stopped at a red light, lightly squeezing his hand.

"Ok" He gulped. as she sqeezed his hand. "Are you nervous?" He asked out of nowhere as they began to drive off again. "Woah, sorry... That was random..." He apoligized.

Smiling softly she thought she understood. "Nervous about having a baby and being a mom? Yes... I'm terrified." She said honestly as she didn't look at him. "Nervous about you having MPD around the baby? Not at all." That was also the truth. She didn't know what else to say. "I know you're nervous... But you are going to be a great dad... If you are anything like you were when Molly was born {baby sister}, then you will do just fine as a father." Annora turned her head to give him a smile as she just drove around.

Alex looked at her. "Thank you." You have no idea how much that means to me. He stared out his window at the passig cars and started laughing. "I asked Ax to make some toast before we left, he's probably at the house wwatching Eurotrip with a huge pile of toast infront of him... woops" Poor Ax, I ask him to make some toast, and then I dissapear! Ah well, he likes watching movies on his lonesome anyways He thought as he grinned. He looked through his backpack and found a small book that he had been using to record important facts in his life, and he wrote down everything that had happened that day.

Annora smiled at him. Driving again she wanted to get something to eat. Picking up her purse she saw the credit card her rich parents got her. Sighing softly she knew it was okay to use, but she hated using it. Eating for two made her even more hungry than she already was. Turning her head she was going to speak but she saw that Alex was writing.

Alex looked over at her when she sighed. Touching her hand. He asked. "What's the matter?" He finished writing his entry and looked up at her waiting for a response. He shook his leg as he rolled down the window and stuck his head out. "Wooot!" A branch hit him in the face "oof." he said as he drew his haed back in. "Remind me never to do that again..."

Annora looked over at him and was about to say what was wrong when he stuck his head out the window and was hit. She laughed a little but made sure he was okay. "Honey, you're not supposed to do that. You could have lost an eye." She laughed again. Holding the credit card in her hand she smile.d. "You want to go somewhere to eat lunch? Anything at all. My treat." She said smiling at him.

He looked over at her. "No I couldn't, you know I'm immortal!" He laughed. "Hmmm lunch? Sure, Pizza? Pretty much anything sounds good right now, I skipped breakfast." Then he smiled. "Kind of, I finished your cereal for you... Well, you can't expect to put a bowl of cereal infront of me and expect it to be there when you get back." He grinned again, looking for a response.

As she asked him where to eat, he said. "Oh, I don't care. You pick." He laghed when she asked about the ceareal. "You know me too well." He said, still laughing. Hmmmmm, she does know me very well... He sighed.
