Divinus Cruor Gravechylde Divinus Cruor Gravechylde Divinus Cruor what's with them? you like/hate them? I love them, but they have nothing to do with what she asked for. They sound pretty Viking to me, plus MA lists them as Epic Doom/Viking Metal. http://www.metal-archives.com/band.php?id=734Their first three are Epic Doom, and their newest is Epic Heavy, they just happen to sing about Vikings. since you trust MA almost always, I saw no problem on recommending them to Hollow. But don't worry, you can edit my post and delete it. I am sorry. No need for that, just a simple correction. And M-A aren't always right, they do have Alice in Chains on there, as well as some stoner rock too. And Hollow said she didn't like them in the thread.

I know nothing about funeral doom, in fact I don't know anything about doom at all, unless a bit of epic and trad. What's funeral like? is it the one with vocals that sound like slaughtering pigs?

I guess the best way to describe it would actually be to say think of Death/Doom being slow atmospheric death metal and Funeral is a step even slower and more atmospheric than that.
