Divinus Cruor lotusvoid Divinus Cruor lotusvoid Divinus Cruor lotusvoid EDIT: fixed *backhands* make an inflammatory statement like that to a politically active individual, about a war your country is really not involved in, then prepare to back it up. so, start backing it up. friggin people *waits to slaughter your faulty reasoning* @everyone else- sorry about the weird post, I found out about both of them signing today, and my brother is already done with basic (he hid it from me), freaked me out a bit. The thing is, they are both uninformed and uninterested in politics and government... I think they are both just running from their own s**t and have no idea what they are running into. *sigh... some people's children* I will back it up: WAR itself is unnecessary. Your country got independence by a peaceful way, compared to mine. You achieved your goal without turning it into a bloodbath. Sure they had some encounters, but you didn't have to kill 1/4 of the whole population, like we did. Now, Mr. Bush, is a stuck up retard who thinks the US are the world's ultimate super cop. They stick their noses in every damn situation (vietnam, korea, world war I) they even invaded my country when they saw france came intending to conquer us. Now tell me, a good reason to keep their troops in Iraq. (ignoring all unsubstantiated comments) forcibly removing powerful religious extremists groups from a government + instituting a democracy in a country foreign to the concept= Leaving support troops to finish the job -removing troops from a war we are 'not' involved in? = cold war. we left to soon then, and the country collapsed into more civil war. (for those who do not know long story short we funded the Iraqis in their war against Russia, who invaded to spread communism, and who were in short order going to come here, if given the chance) now, as for bush? he ******** up the war. ******** it up big. I will not explain how, because I do not believe you are well versed enough in our politics to appreciate it, but the war itself (taking in consideration the degrading situation between Korea, Russia, the us, and nato in regards to among other things , the arms situation in the unstable middle east with whom there were at on point relations, was inevitable, however it came to a head. so... good reason? so they have a chance in hell to start a successful democracy, among many other reasons. (have you seen the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan?) again, why do they try to fix other people's problems?? it's unnecessary, and unasked for it is necessary if we want the luxury of not fighting a war on our own soil. this is a little boring. start using facts to back yourself up, instead of unsubstantiated opinion mmk? whatever. this is not boring, this is pointless to have this debate with a brainwashed ex-army talk2hand she's not brainwashed. half my family agrees with her and they've never been in the military. it's called "right wing" politics

(who know about as much about the war they are fighting as you seem to) America doesn't want informed solders, they want soldiers who follow orders without question so they don't get everyone killed. I joined the army in part Because of my beliefs.
