They would ALL have to be on the same page, agree to do it , not allow personal politics to get in the way of the goal (massive profit), hide it, make a working system of completely secret controlled overseas trade (AND IN SECRECY) and then well... you see where I am going with this? thats why its a CONSPIRACY theory... and not fact

And that the money can go into their (assuming this refers to the government) pockets...without being taxed. Gov't taxing itself. I'm not going to go to this nightclub I was at last night, some negro-man tried to beat the s**t out of me. He was hitting on my friend, I told him to leave that she wasn't interested... he came over to me with his fists in my face telling me to stop yelling at him that he wasn't talking to me and do I want to get beaten up. Seriously the scariest bar-night ever. I sobered up within seconds ready to run to a security guard if he touched me. Luckily he didn't, but it scared the life out of me. crying

Dark_Mana I'm not going to go to this nightclub I was at last night, some negro-man tried to beat the s**t out of me. He was hitting on my friend, I told him to leave that she wasn't interested... he came over to me with his fists in my face telling me to stop yelling at him that he wasn't talking to me and do I want to get beaten up. Seriously the scariest bar-night ever. I sobered up within seconds ready to run to a security guard if he touched me.
