Satomi had been in there for awhile. In fact, it was a solid ten minutes she was in the rest room, but she didn't really do anything productive in there aside from using the toilet and washing up real quick. For the other five minutes, she had been contemplating, occasionally staring into the mirror as she tried to subside the images of last night and do her best to shake it off. Today was a day of fun and relaxation, not to dwell upon mental pains, she had to keep herself composed somehow...
Taking a long, deep breath before nodding to herself, she did the best she could to give a more positive outlook, forcing a smile to her lips, one that was quite convincing before she took another breath, fixing her hair a little as she told herself that for now, she would just fake it until she got back to the hotel. And so, when the door opened, Regan would find a side of Satomi she was all too familiar with. A lighthearted, cheerful smile, her tone as optimistic as it should be, and the confident expression that the little scientist has always given clearly upon her face. It was all faked... but it was all she could really do. "Sorry about that, I think I'm ready now if you want to leave." She said lightly, leaving no trace at all for someone to be surpicious of her forced happiness.Giving a nervous smile and a light sweatdrop coming from the Elder's forehead, he was a little thrown off by Grundy's optimism. At least his heart was in the right place, and under the watch of someone, he shouldn't cause too much trouble, right? Waving his hand in a manner to tell Grundy to settle down, still smiling a little, he looked around to see the other students gathering, seeing that after last night, they had rested well for the most part. He could see that it was still troubling for them to get over for the most part, but that would be something only time could heal. Until then, he still needed to sort out a final few things with Negi. But until then- "I wish I could provide all of you who helped last night with a proper thank you, but I'm afraid right now my hands are tied... However, after Negi arrives and I speak with him, I'll be sure to see what can be done. The Kansai can not forget the bravery that all of you had shown last night, and the help you have given in preserving us, especially my daughter, from certain peril." Deciding he would get to Grundy in a moment, he actually bowed ever so slightly to the students, his smile genuine to them. As he did, all of the priests, priestesses, and guards bowed as well to them, showing just how truly thankful they were. "If you return here before you depart back to Mahora, I'll be sure to see about compensating all of you for what you've done." He added, already beginning to think of what reward he could issue to them. However right now, he had to deal with so many things that he would probably be busy for a solid two days strait. First, turning to Grundy, he actually gave a light bow to him as well, not forgetting the Orc's assistance, and finding he could look past the race he was, and give a genuine thanks towards him. Aside from that though, someone would have to look after him though. He did have quite a few capable priests though, perhaps he could choose... "Seraphim, come here please." As he said that, a teenage girl, seeming to be about the same age as the rest of the Mahora students widened her eyes, or rather, her eye, since her right one had an eye patch, and she slowly stood up from her kneeling position. Garbed in a priestess's uniform with her own mix of prefered colors in grey and blue, she had a rather elegant appearance, her skin fairly pale and her hair a silvery white that flowed down past her waist. Normally she kept it all behind her with slightly long bangs just past her chin, but in this uniform, she had two of her long strands of hair in a few knots, tossed in front of her rather then behind like the rest. Also, the strangest part to her was the crimson red eye she had, the other of course in a patch. Not only that though, some of the students may have actually recognized her! Lukas and Negi for sure, since they had met her already. But for any of the students who had taken a look at the roster of who was in there class, they would realize she was one of the origanal students to 2-A who had never shown up when school started; it was Seraphim Harmonia.
"Yes, Elder-dono, what can I do for you?" Unlike how she presented herself to Negi and Lukas, being a cruel and sadistic teenage girl who took joy in stabbing and crushing peoples hopes, she was far more polite, walking up to him with her hands folded in front of her, and actually kneeling before him, respecting his position. After all, she was a very capable healer, but she would not have been able to tone her skills had it not been for him."Seraphim.." He began slowly, giving her this task with a lighter tone at first, not sure how she would take it, but knowing she was very capable for this. "I want you to be the one in charge of looking after Grundy." "Wh-What?? B-But, with all due respect, I-I don't think I should... I mean, it's not really a good idea to-""You did finish at the top of the classes here for demon handling and Shinigami control, so you would be most capable." "Y-Yes... but..." She sighed in defeat, knowing it was best not to argue, but still... was he really serious?

Grundy frowned a little and looked genuinely hurt as he listened to what the Elder was saying. He was by no means stupi- well, okay, yes, he was stupid. 'Magic picture box' pretty much speaks for itself on that matter. But what he made up for actual intelligence, he made up for with common sense, and at times, could be quite observant. Now was one such time. He walked up behind the Elder, his chainmail pants jingling quietly, and he reached up and tapped him on the shoulder - although to a normal Human, it'd feel like a human putting a hand on their shoulder for a while. "Ermm..." He paused for a moment as he realised he didn't know the Elder's name. Not that a lack of knowledge ever stopped Grundy. "... Mister Man... Grundy is not demon or shini... shi... fingy." He smiled, patting his chest with a smile and a look of pride on his face. "Me am a Orc." He said, a clear hint of pride in his dim-witted voice.
Back in the room that Cirus had taken her to, Xenon had finally charged enough to actually function properly once again. In truth, though, she'd been processing away, thinking over the events of last night. Her eyes slide open, and she stares up at the ceiling of the room that she'd been taken to, whispering to herself."... Murder is planned. Intentional... It wasn't intentional... Additionally, I didn't land the killing blow... I didn't know the one who ended his life; so I can't possibly be an accomplice..." A small smile crossed her lips as she shut her eyes once more, drawing her logical conclusion based on these facts. "...I'm not a murderer..."

During those 10 minutes, Cirus had stepped out and talked with Regan. She mentioned she was waiting here to comfort Satomi when she came out, and Cirus shares with her why, exactly, she was so upset as she was.
"Oh..." Regan frowns softly, looking to the bathroom door and back to Cirus. "You'd better keep an eye on Xenon-san for when she wakes up. I'll tell Satomi-san she's with you." She waves Cirus off, not wanting Xenon to wake up in a strange place or, worse yet, glitch in the temple. That would be bad.
Cirus nods to her. "Alright, Regan. Good luck with cheering Satomi-san up." He nods to the busty girl before returning to the room he'd been loaned, sitting next to and watching over Xenon as she charges from his generator pack. He was surprised she hadn't woken up yet. Her battery should be charged by now, unless it takes more to charge than he had anticipated. Wait, what's this? She seems to be whirring. Was she booting up or just now waking up. Cirus tilts his head at her, raising an eyebrow. "Xenon-san?"
As Satomi steps out of the bathroom, Regan turns to look at her and purses her lips in thought. Could she really be that cheery, that quickly? The swordwoman doubts it and shakes her head, tilting her head a bit at Satomi. "Satomi-san... one thing for you to think about, ne? You only told Xenon to push him... that doesn't kill someone. It's not your fault in the least." She walks up to her and places her hands on her shoulders, looking into her eyes, her own serene and caring. "If not today, then we'll talk tonight, but... we -will- talk within twenty-four hours. Got it?" She winks at her with a smile, showing a light-hearted nature. She wasn't phased, it would seem. Perhaps it's because she refuses to dwell on matters that won't be fixed...
Negi walks into the room with the Elder and... Grundy? Oh dear... And who's this? He can only see Seraphim from behind, but he approaches the Elder with a smile. "Ah, Elder. Thank you for taking care of my students overnight. Erm... how'd Grundy get-" as Negi turns to look at the orc, he sees Seraphim for who is she. "... It... it's you... Harmonia-san..." From his tone, it should be apparent his memories of her are not pleasant, and he subconsciously edges closer to the Elder, farther from Seraphim.

"Actually, by your size and height, I'd say you're just three inches under the category of an ogre. Custom work it seems. Much larger in muscle mass, and the skin color you possess is quite rare for an orc to. But yes, you indeed are one." Flaunting her intellect a bit, Seraphim had a bit of a specialty when it came to demons, monsters, and just about any dark creature they had been something that existed, or mages fought in the past. Had it not been for the Harmonia family's legacy to always remain as healers, she probably would have been a shinigami expert or demon manipulator, similiar to what Chigusa does. None the less, she did seem to have the knowledge, but still, the fact that she had to take care of an Orc was a little off to her. But she wouldn't question the Elder's orders.
It was at that time too that she noticed.... oh, great, the twerp, since when were brats like him welcome to this temple?? The guards will take care of him, then she could laugh as she watched him get thrown out.
"Ah, Negi-san, a pleasure to see you. Do not worry about all this, we're just sorting out some things over last night. If you wish, you are welcome to take your students back now, they were no trouble at all." He said with a light smile, looking a lot more at ease now that the situation last night had been handled.
A pleasure..? A pleasure!? Wh-What the Hell?? Did something happen that she wasn't aware of?! This brat was getting respect like that from The Elder?? This... this is just too much, unbeleivable, insane! The Elder must be dillusional, he was from Mahora, and just some nerdy kid. Doing her best to hold back her anger about this, biting the edge of her lip, she casted a quick glare in Negi's direction before going back to Grundy, trying to keep her emotions intact around the Orc. She was more upset about Negi's welcomed presance now than the fact that she had to take care of him. As a matter of fact, she was actually kind of relaxed about him, it was like live training for her in monster handling.
Satomi seemed casual about it all, just waving off the situation like it didn't even have anything to do with her. But when Regan placed her hands on Satomi's shoulders, her eyes widened a bit before they looked right at Regan's, blinking a few times as she took a slow breath. "No." She said bluntly, just shaking her head a little. "I want to forget about it. The less we talk about it, the better; that is all." Ignorance is bliss. The less it was on her mind and spoke about, the better she'll feel. When it came to emotional issues, she got over things by just putting them out of her mind, not trying to fix them. It may not have been a good habit, but it was the best way she knew. "Now let me go.... I want to go home."

Chigusa groaned as she slowly regained consciousness, her head was spinning and it still hurt from when that demon had tried to corrupt her mind and soul, trying to inevitably turn her into a servant of ultimate evil. But she managed to resist, nothing got in the path of her revenge. Nothing! Though she wasn't in the mood to think of lost causes, no real reason anymore for fighting a war clearly lost. As she closed her eyes again, she didn't care or bother to listen to the outside world. She only lay there, breathing gently as she awaited for the inevitable.

Fast asleep it seemed… cute. But now wasn’t the time. Honestly, after last night, even someone like herself probably deserved a good rest, Tatsumi could tell from the looks on the faces of everyone, even the students that exhaustion had really settled in. But unfortunately for Chigusa, now wasn’t the time she could rest. He would admit though, she looked quite peaceful, and a lot more innocent than she really was when she slept. Tatsumi was tempted to let her be, she seemed like she really needed this time to rest, but she didn’t have that luxury.
"Wake up…" Tatsumi said bluntly, the tip of his boot nudging her lightly as he reached his foot out and tapped her at the side a little. He was sure to be gentle, feeling that now wasn’t really the time to play his game of intimidation. After all, this was not the time or the place, this temple and the decision of what would happen to Chigusa as punishment needed to be laid on lightly. He had a feeling she wasn’t going to be too happy about it all…

After a moment, Xenon's eyes opened again and she looked towads Cirus. Of course, she'd never actually him before; all she knew was that all available data indicated that he was a 'good' person; since it was him that had plugged her into what she could only guess to be some sort of generator. Couldn't identify it... must be a custom piece of kit. She smiled towards Cirus, nodding her head gently. "...Thank you for plugging me in... I don't think we've been introduced. My name is Xenon Nintendo... What's yours?" She asks with a smile, tilting her head slightly. In truth, she wanted to know more for the sake of adding more data to her hard drive, more than out of any genuine interest.
Grundy narrowed his eyes at Seraphim's mouth rattling off like that, growling slightly, before shaking his head and stamping his foot on the ground, shaking the room only ever so slightly. "NO." He said flatly, only really slightly angry. You could tell he was only slightly angry, because if he'd actually been really angry, Seraphim would have been left with something that resembled a meteor impact site, instead of a face. His brow curled into a glare of clear distaste for the girl. "Orc is different to Ogre," He began, punctuating his sentance with a prod to her forehead. "Ogres is beasts. Orcs is peoples," Another prod. "Ogres use clubs and furs. Orcs wears armors and uses axes." A third prod, and he leaned forward, bringing his head level to hers, talking in an unusually calm manner to what you would expect from an orc. "Docta Byrde made Orcs. Grundy is Docta Byrde's first Orc. When you make orcs, then you tell Grundy what orc is and what orc isn't."
It was very well documented that it had been Cassandra who had invented the orcs - they were one of the few species she'd invented that hadn't been purely one-off custom jobs. She actually had the formula for them written down somewhere; but she'd long since stopped using the recipe, as it wasn't as efficient as her current method, which only her and Grundy knew. He stood up straight again and folded his arms, looking down at her again, no longer looking angry, but a clear look of disapproval on his face. "Grundy told to behave, so little girl gets to keep her face." He said with a nod. So much for his good mood.

Regan looks into Satomi's eyes for a moment longer before she sighs softly, shaking her head. "That's no good for your head, Satomi-san. Bottling things up like that. At least let me say this, Satomi-san... It wasn't you. You only told Xenon to give him a push... and, besides, his presence was demonic before he received that wound. This is what Cirus tells me, and he would know. It wasn't your fault, so lift your false burden from your shoulders and cast it aside, for carrying it is wasteful of your brilliant mind." The busty girl moves a hand from her shoulder to gently caress her cheek with her fingertips, her touch not flirtatious or sensual but comforting, calm. Now wasn't the time to distract Satomi with discomfort, but instead comfort her and reestablish confidence and security.
"I am Cirus. A pleasure to meet you, Xenon-san." Because he does not provide a last name, he addresses others by their first, as well. It's only fair, after all. "Pleasure to meet you. Are you fully charged?" Xenon might be able to identify his boots as having something mechanical to them, as they're clearly metallic in nature. At least, the sole is. And it's taller than most soles of boots. That's to accommodate the thrusters, but she wouldn't be able to tell that, would she...?
"Ah... I see. Has to do with last night... Figures she'd do something like this." Negi sighs before raising his head again and rubbing the back of it. "I should apologize for my co-worker, I suppose... but it doesn't feel quite right, somehow. None the less, I'm sorry about her. Ahh... Harmonia-san is also my student, but it would appear that she has duties here to fulfill. I will leave her in your care, in that case, Elder."

Chigusa groaned as she opened her eyes to meet Tatsumi's eyes. Only giving a glare, she rolled over and covered herself with the covers more, not wanting to look him at all. "Go away..." Her tone was like an upset child, one who hadn't gotten their own way and had thrown a temper tantrum, though she wouldn't do something vulgar as that.

Satomi slowly brushed Regan off, not wanting to really be comforted like this. Regan knew of Satomi's 'no touching' policy, but that was only partly the reason she shrugged her off so quickly. She had been trying to deal with this on her own, it was what she prefered, and how she had grown used to. "Regan-san, it's perfectly fine. I've dealt with things this way for fourteen years, no need to change it." She said with big, pained smile, before turning away again. Regan may not of saw it as something that wasn't good for her, but it was really the only way Satomi knew how to deal with her troubles, and she wasn't going to change now. Instead, she had already began to walk to the main alter, where she would see Negi, the Elder, a few of the students and even Grundy. But she didn't say anything else, still wearing that fake smile of hers before just kept a bit of her distance from the rest, kneeling in an empty place of the main alter before the Elder. After she said her thanks and briefly spoke to Negi, she was going to leave, she didn't have any reason to stay here.
The Elder just waved it off, not finding it to be a problem. Negi had no reason to apologize for Cassandra, she was responsible for her own actions, and he saw her to be more help them harm in the entire situation. It was still a bit troublesome that he had to bend and even break so many rules, but overall, things had ended up okay, so it was worth it. The Kansai still remained, Chigusa's summoning of the demon had been stopped, and Konoka was returned to him.
But before he could give a kind thanks to Negi, it was the next thing the child teacher said though that came to the Elder's attention. "Is this true Seraphim?" He was never told that about Seraphim, she had always said she dropped from her previous school to focus on her training at the temple. But here he was being told that she was supposed to go to Mahora...
Not even remotely intimidated, her crimson eye just dulling a bit at Grundy, she shrugged half-heartedly, predicting his anger. "I never said you were an ogre, you're doctor just seemed to make some similiar traits to one. I can see you're much smarter and more handsome than an ogre though." She said casually, trying to relax him with a little bit of a compliment. Besides, he actually maintained his temper, so she would admit, he was pretty level-headed for an orc.
Before she could say more though, she heard what the Elder had to say, and was caught dead in her tracks. Caught in her lie, she took a slow, hesitant step back, looking back between the Elder and Negi. "I-I didn't.. I mean... I never said I wasn't going, I just.. I wanted to stay here and-"
"You lied." The Elder said flatly, clearly not happy by this as he then looked at Negi, hoping that Negi would have his say in this.
"Either you get up, or you can confront the Elder yourself and recieve the full punishment. You're choice." Tatsumi's reply was immediate, and he wasn't at all amused by Chigusa's childish display, and before she knew it, he leaned down and actually offered her a hand to get her to her feet. He could understand she was tired, but unfortunately for her, this nightmare wasn't overwith yet. She had dug her grave, now, something had to lay to rest in it.
"Or... we can always play hide and seek with the one free bullet again." He said in a bit colder of a tone, giving her a grim reminder of how deadly serious he is right now, just as he was last night. He'd rather stay on a levelheaded and at calmer terms with her, but right now, some things still had to be cleared, and that couldn't happen until she cooperated and got up, otherwise, this journey through Hell will just keep going for her.

((Aw, I missed my chance. I'm going to be a lot better in the future--either I finally get my new laptop to replace my fast-declining 8-year-old computer or that certain game that's taking up far too much of my time finally ends beta stage.))
Ken looked from Asakura to Mana-san after Tatsumi-sensei left. Everyone was subdued. That a teacher would suggest shooting someone in so cold and callous a tone. He was going to make it a point to not be anywhere near him in the future. He had had crazy teachers before, but he'd never met one that was a psychopath.

Grundy simply remained silent as he watched the Elder reduce Seraphim to nervous stuttering. Quite impressive, really - not entirely unlike the manner which Cassandra held control over him and the rest of her minions. He wasn't about to take sides in this, but he was glad to see someone put Seraphim in her place after her rattling her mouth off like she knew more about Orcs than the orc himself. He unfolded his arms and remained silent. After all, her lie hadn't affected him or Cassandra. Of course, if the Elder was to ask for Grundy to deliver a quick punch to the face as punishment (which Grundy was hoping he would, naturally), then he wouldn't hesitate to oblige.
Xenon smiled as she wrote Cirus' name into her memory, along with the associated memories and images, but shook her head. "I'm not fully charged yet, Cirus-san..." She said, her smile fading, guessing that he'd probably be hoping that she would be charged. "I can continue to function normally whilst charging off your generator; but my recharging rate will be severely reduced."

Seeing his chance at justice here, Negi looks up at Seraphim with a steely glare. "Not only has she lied, but she's needlessly mean." He sounds a bit sad as he speaks this next part, looking aside. "She didn't have to rub it in my face I don't know my parents..."
"A-Aniki..." Chamo looks at Negi with a frown before nudging against his cheek. Gotta cheer him up...
Regan sighs softly as Satomi just walks past her, turning and watching her walk away. "Satomi-san..." She frowns softly and shakes her head with disapproval, but maybe what she said would have some effect. She didn't feel right just leaving it as is, though... "Just because it's how you've been doing things... doesn't make it any better."
Cirus smiles softly and shrugs. "Whatever suits you. I don't mind. That thing can get kinda heavy sometimes, anyway, so whatever." Lies. While it was quite heavy, he was used to it, and the fact he's not even really human... Oh well. It would help her make a decision based on herself, not on his needs. It's not like she should be able to tell he was lying, anyway, right?

The Elder's gaze hardened a bit as he heard Negi say this. He took every word Negi said seriously, never doubting the teacher for a moment as he soon looked towards Seraphim, seeing the look if shock and awe as she was caught in her web of lies. She was breaking several regulations already, and if this was all indeed true, then her presance her was in a bit of jeapordy. In fact, he may even have to suspend her from the temple if nothing worked in her favor on this, which he had doubts that any would, because she was going to be in some serious trouble if this was all true.
"I see... well then, perhaps she may straiten up if she goes to your school and you teach her proper behavior." The Elder said with a calm grin, already finding an interesting punishment for her after what she had done. Skipping class, disprespecting others, and lying; they were not the right markings of a priestess within the Kansai. It's a shame, the Elder had high hopes for her, she seemed promising, but it appeared that there was another side to Seraphim that he was not aware of.
"Negi, would that be okay with you?"
"E-Elder! This is insane, do you really take the word of this adolescent over me?? I-I don't beleive this. I've already proven to you in the years I've served here that I-"
"Enough. For today, you may remain at the temple, but come tomorrow, I will have a decision made. Chances are, you will be going to Mahora like you were supposed to."
Angry, shaken, and speechless, Seraphim's fists clenched at her side before she looked away. First the orc, then Negi, and now this?? She couldn't beleive it, what were the odds? Because of this twerp, she may end up being banished from the one things that actually had a meaning to her... "Grundy-san, come on, we're going for a walk." She said with a stern, ticked off expression on her face, beginning to leave the temple.
The Elder didn't stop her, she would have to come back in the evening anyway. Besides, he wanted to talk about her later with Negi, and it would be best if she wasn't around. "I apologize for her, Negi-san, I assure you that we will deal with her though." He said plainly, starting to regain his smile again already as she left, letting her and Grundy go for now.
"We can't always change who were are though." Satomi said with a light shrug, her back still to Regan as she began made it to the alter. After some things were cleared up, she would go check on Chachamaru, then Xenon as well. But right now, she just went over to the main hall, stopping when she saw Negi and the Elder discussing a few things. She didn't want to interupt for now, but she did approach them none the less, despite how nervous she was, and said her thanks to the elder before speaking to Negi. "Um... Negi-sensei. If you have the chance later, I wanted to talk to you, maybe in the evening if that's okay?" She already took a step back after saying that, not wanting to be too much of a bother, still carrying that painful smile of hers as she did.

Regan just shakes her head. Stubborn Satomi... Oh well. She'd let it be and, again, just hope what she said would have some effect on her, help her lighten her mood a bit, maybe. "Ara ara..." The busty girl shakes her head before looking around, unsure what to do now. Oh, hey, it's Grundy and... some priestess with an eyepatch? Whatever. What's -Grundy- doing here? It doesn't look like he's causing any trouble... and she certainly doesn't want to go near him, that's for sure. Smelly, disgusting orc of low hygiene...
Negi doubts the girl would listen to him, anyway. Though, maybe he could send her to Tatsumi? He seems like he'd do much better at reforming her... though, would that be the right thing to do? It would probably be the only way, seeing how intimidating a girl she is, and likely how hard to intimidate she is. "Now that I've met her, I'm not sure if I care to have her in my class..." She was probably just going to make his life hell, anyway, right? "However... as a teacher, I suppose I must take what I get and do my job..." At least Hades is out of his class.
Hm? Oh, yes, Satomi. Negi turns to her, smiling softly to her. He was genuinely happy to see her, though it fades a bit, seeing the troubled look on her face. "What is it, Satomi-san?"
