When Kate finally finished sewing up the boys cut she grabbed the pregnant woman so she could be a safe distance from the plane reckage.

When Kate got the woman safely away from the wreckage she started questioning her and making sure she and the baby were ok.

Alicia opened her eyes and looked around at the wreckage. People were crying and yelling and it made her very scared. She took a breath from her inhaler and winced as her sensitive airways tightened. "This is really scary,"she stated as her broken ankle throbbed.

Jack ran over to where Kate was. "What's going on?"he asked as he looked around. "Is she okay? Is she having an asthma attack?"Jack asked as he glanced over at Alicia and noticed she was wheezing and her lips were slightly blue.

"Yeah, let me see your inhaler. Do you have a spacer for it?"Jack asked and smiled when Alicia handed him the spacer. He attatched the inhaler to it and gave her two puffs of the medicine.
"Th-thanks, sorry about that. It's probably from all the smoke,"Alicia said with a wheezy cough.

"Its okay, just take slow, deep breaths, you lungs will loosen up eventually,"Jack said and rubbed her back lightly,wincing at the sound of her heavy, wheeze-filled coughs.
Alicia nodded weakly before coughing again and turning her face away from the smoke. "I'm tired,"she muttered with a heavy wheeze before glancing around.

Boone was walking around the beach dazed. He had woken up in the middle of the jungle. His head was still dizzy.
