"Haven't changed a bit..." Cori murmured, jogging up ahead to catch up to Eve. "Hey. Just relax. And he's a guy. That automatically makes him an idiot who doesn't know anything. And we both know that they rarely say anything helpful." she said softly, slipping an arm around her friend's shoulders. Eve should know that she didn't include Tuin in the category, usually refering only to the humanoid males.

Eve just shrugged off her friend's arm and continued walking ahead of everyone silently. She was scared and she was angry with herself for not being able to do better at making sure everyone was happy.

"Eve, no one expects perfection of you. Let me help? Or at least try to understand? Please." Cori asked quietly, catching up again. SHe was nothing if not stubborn, though she'd leave her friend alone if she pulled away again.

"You can't understand! Because you don't have automatic expectations from everyone to free them from Altarion! And if Selena died trying, how does anyone think I could possibly kill him?!" Eve finally shouted. Normally she was very nice and kept her cool, but with things already going as bad as they were, she was stressed.

(( Oi.... *reads to catch up* ))
Leena glanced back to Roran, Eve, Cori, and Tuin, watching them as she went full-speed ahead towards her home, blinking a little as she heard Roran's outburst. She remained quiet, inwardly smirking at Eve's blush, remaining quiet as she just listened to them. She shook her head a little under the hood, sighing as she heard them arguing a bit. This'll be fun later.... She thought while glancing back to them, her golden eyes seeming a bit different. "It's not very far sir. I realize that everyone may be a bit tired and hungry, rooms are already being prepared for you all." Her eyes seemed to smile softly as she looked away from him, holding her hand out in the air, light swirling before an image formed, murmuring something in another language to the man that was there in her palm.
Closing her hand around it, the image vanished, sighing as she lowered her head, blowing on the wind, sending a message to those that patrolled her countries borders. There were things on the move and it was not well timed, not in her preference at least. Soon they arrived at her home, leading them immediately to the dinning hall. "Alright, if you would rather rest, then I can have someone show you to your room. If you'd rather stay and eat, then you also may." She murmured, lowering her mask and removing the cloak, placing it on a rack. She didn't bother changing anymore than that, running a hand through her snow white hair.

Tuin looked to Eve to see what she would decide, the girl already off to the side of the room again. Eve just sat down at the table, so the creature went off to the corner of the room to stay out of the way. He wasn't hungry yet, but he didn't want to leave Eve alone either.

Cori fell silent, though she didn't leave her. "Eve, just listen for a minute. I know it sucks, to be forced into it. But who said you'd be alone? It was just him and Selena last time, but you'll have us to help you. Even if no one else does, me and Tuin'll stay with you. I won't leave you alone to deal with it all unless you want me to stay away. Swear." she said softly, sitting down beside her.

When Roran got to the dining hall he grabbed a peice of bread and went to stand by the window. Looking out at the bit of Mereth he could see, it was nothing like Moth. Sighing a bit, he kind of missed his home kingdom, but at the same time Altarion's rule disgusted him. The moment Altarion falls, I'll reurn home and be the best comander the Mothian army has ever seen.

Finally Eve just nodded silently. She didn't eat anything, but she also didn't seem that upset anymore. She was just kind of sitting there as she thought to herself.

Cori watched her for a minute, silently relieved that she was slightly better. She got up quietly, going to Roran and the window. "Whatcha looking at?" she asked, leaning against the wall.

(( *ish huggled tackled* Gah, I be sorry that now things are moving so slow. ))
Leena watched as the others sat down at the table, or at least Eve did. Sighing lightly, she walked over to one wall, two forms stepping out of it. She received their reports, giving them new orders with a grimace. When she dismissed them, they vanished again, turning her attention then to the quiet dinning hall. "They are getting more active. My borders are getting gnawed on bit by bit by the Altarion." She murmured, shaking her head as she ran a hand through her white hair. And I can barely do a thing. Sighing, she leaned against the wall, grabbing a sushi for herself. "So what shall we do? Do we have any sort of game plan?" She asked, wanting to know if Eve had anything in mind for some sort of goal. Right now, she herself was more focused on keeping her home safe and taking some of Altarion's forces down in the slightest. Though they were growing everyday....

"Get some provisions, see what I can do about Altarion's armies at Mereth's borders, then move on, hopefully to Aras to rest for a day or two before moving on to Talagand. And during the whole journey, hopefully find allies that will help in the final battle." Eve murmured as she looked to Leena.

Leena nodded in understanding, glancing again to Roran and Cori, but mainly Roran. "Well, you know you have our support. I'm sure we'll find them. Sounds like a good plan though." She murmured, thinking for a brief moment before pouring herself some tea, straightening while sipping it. "Would you rather me accompany you? Or shall I stay within my kingdom to ensure that things remain fine here? it's not that I don't trust my advisors to do it, but still, just to be extra sure." She questioned, tilting her head a little, some of her white hair falling in front of her face, golden eyes peeking out from behind the strands.

"It is up to you. You are the princess of this Kingdom, not I. If you wish to come along with me, then I have no right to stop you." Eve said to Leena as she shrugged and walked over to Tuin.

Leena nodded a little, grimacing some, could she trust them to take care of her home. That would be the most opportune time to strike, when the head of the country would be missing. She grimaced, she didn't exactly want to leave her on her own. "Talia." She murmured, hearing the woman come up from the shadows, straightening. Talia tilted her head just a little, the patch over her eye shifting a bit. "Can I trust you to watch over things for me while I am gone?" She asked softly, watching as the woman nodded, bowing before her. "Thank you. You may go." she murmured, watching her 1st in command walk from the room. Turning to Even, she brushed her hair back, stretching a bit. "I'll be accompanying you if that is alright." She murmured, nodding to her.
