Maxi slowly marches in after the doll a smile on his face as he looks around the office. Spotting Zhen, Maxi walks up to him and drops the crate next to Zhen's feet. "These are new better uniforms for your squad, each comes with instructions. Please try not to bleed all over these ok?" Maxi asks and looks down at Robin, "Your free to either help pass these out or guard the gate. Have fun Robin." Maxi calls over his shoulder as he leaves.

Luckily for himself, Zhen hadn't lost his concentration when Yuki booted him out the door to leave for a meeting. There would've been a small crater outside her office had he done so. Not a moment after collecting himself and returning to the office did a strange little leopard doll walk in, followed by a man dressed in a robe of one of the captains of the Gotei 13. That's the Twelfth Squad Captain, Bulfer Maximoru... He thought to himself. Whumpf went a crate about a foot away from his feet, filled with some clothes. Uniforms have instructions...? Zhen puzzled in his head while outside of his thought process, he spoke. "Thank you, Captain Bulfer." He said as he kneeled down and picked up the crate. "I'll take care of the uniform distribution. Excuse me." Zhen gave a quick bow as he left not a moment before Captain Bulfer to go pass out the uniforms to each member of his new squad.

~┼~

A short while later, Zhen returned, having donned one of the new uniforms himself. He was holding a small manual that he assumed was the instructions for whatever power it was the uniform possessed. Captain Bulfer had long since left and the only one in the room other than him was the leopard doll perched on the desk, sitting idly. 'Isn't that the doll that walked in he—wait, wait. What are you thinking? Dolls don't walk around on their own...' He thought to himself as he looked closer at it. Just seemed like a doll to him. He never would've guessed Yuki was into stuffed animals...

With no direct order given Robin sat unmoving on the desk. He was running through possiblities on his own, without any current orders what was left of free will was working it's way to the surface. And when the student came back and started staring at him, he snapped out of his war-time induced trance for the most part.

"What are you looking at?"

He asked, standing up and putting his paws on his hips.

Zhen blinked for a moment as the doll moved on its own and even asked him a question. "It...spoke..." He said as the information took a second to sink in. The average reaction to such an out-of-place event was usually to jump back a few feet in shock, but Zhen seemed to completely skip that phase, going straight to the following inquisitive reaction. "You must be a mod soul, right? Wow, why didn't my books mention that mod souls could be placed in inanimate objects? Why are you a stuffed animal, of all things?" Half-a-dozen other questions ran through his head at that moment as he asked his questions, lightly prodding the doll here and there, lifting one of its arms and looking at it from multiple angles in general like in some kid's television show. He had read all about modified souls and their applications and uses outside Soul Society, in the real world, but he had never heard about one being put into a stuffed animal. Zhen had been one of the hopeless mutants in the Shinigami Academy that actually read his textbooks...more than one time over, at least. Catching himself in the midst of his almost fanboyish Q&A blabber, he left the doll alone and took a step back. "Oh. Pardon me...I guess I got a bit carried away." Nervously scratching the back of his head in a brief fit of embarrassment, he smiled slightly before a real worthwhile question dawned in his head. "Hey...you wouldn't happen to know where Yukimaru-san went, would you? I know she said it was an important captain's meeting and all, but those don't usually last this long, right?"

Robin wasn't too happy with letting this kid fiddle around with him like he was some science experiment to be poked at, so the second he started poking and prodding him he bit him. It wasn't too effective with his cloth teeth, but with a mod soul inhabiting the cloth it was slightly akin to being poked with a dull pencil. With the final worth wile question that the kid posed Robin wondered weather or not he should tell him... He was Yuki's squad member... He had a right to know, especially since he could help, if only a little.

"She has been kidnapped by Hogo, the new leader of the Arrancar, as well as Onalim, captain of squad 4. We're at war now."

Robin hopped off the table and started walking out of the room, to where his data was telling him where the advance force was.

"I'm going to squad three to join the advance force... and get my owner back."

Zhen's eyes widened at the news that Yuki had been kidnapped in the short time that she had been gone, and not only her, but Captain Onalim of the 4th Squad Emergency Aid and Relief Group, as well. When had that happened? "H-hey! Wait for me!" He called after the doll that was leaving the captain's office, saying something about heading to the 3rd Squad. Following after it, he started thinking that he wouldn't be of much help against whatever the Arrancar were. Sounded dangerous, though. As part of his training at the Shinigami Academy, he and his class had gone to the real world for a contained practice against dummy Hollows. Everything had gone off without a hitch and he had even received some of the highest marks of the exercise, so he was fairly certain he could handle Hollows up to the 'Medium' classification on his own, and maybe a 'Large' or two if he had a few others with him. Not sure what help I'll be...if any. Zhen thought rather downheartedly. As he followed the doll out of the office, he glanced at his Zanpakutou in its sheath, and had the burning desire to find out what its name was...but as he had read in one of his textbooks, a Shinigami would know when the moment had arrived to ask their Zanpakutou's name. That didn't stop him from wanting to ask it at any time, though.

Hibiki Kita

((Going to pretend that I did this BEFORE I headed over to the 3rd squad area, I missed Maxi's post before sweatdrop ))

Stopping by the captain's office on the way towards the 3rd squad where he heard they were meeting to get an advance force together, Hibiki noticed the new uniforms in the office, even though the place was deserted. Checking through them he grabbed one in his size and went back to the barracks to change into before heading out again.

((omigosh! Gone for 10 days and my captains KIDNAPPED! Is this what you people do w/o me? XD jk))

Stumbling into the room and tripping over her own two feet, Luna hopped back up, got the outfit and changed immediately (It involved a lot of swearing and stumbling, once again).

"Don't worry Yuki-taichou!! Luna is coming to the rescue!!" She pictured her taichou in a princess Peach dress and her, and a few other members of the squad in luigi/mario/yoshi attire.

"Luna, AWAY!" with a final scream she ran out of the room to squad 3.

((exit to squad 3!))

Yuki walked to her office. She hadn't been there in some time, opting to sleep in the apartments rather than in her office where she usually slept. So it wasn't a surprise when she walked back into her office that it was a variable tomb. Having left it in a state of decay with papers and pizza everywhere like the aftermath of a frat boy party, then not coming to clean for weeks had left everything in a state of rot. With a sigh, she resigned herself to cleaning duty today. She had been planning on sleeping, but with enough mold and dust to shame an ancient Egyptian king she couldn't sleep just yet.

Hyronai walked into the small building that sat oddly away from the others. He walked lightly on the planked floor till her reached the captains office, he gently rapped on the door, once then twice and stood quietly till she answered.

Hyronai's soft approach to the door had little effect, he was still standing outside of it and obviously Captain Yuki had not heard it if she were in there. So, Hyro took a most masculine approach and pounded on the Captains Office door. "Bam" ... "Bam" ... "Bam" The pounding was hard however, the door barely shook but the sound was loud and abrupt and would get just about anyones attention.

(( I thought I told you, one character one place. You know Yuki is still in the training grounds! ))

as Hyronai knocked on the door, a folded paper slid loose from the crack in the door and fell to the floor. Obviously the paper was intended to be easy to spot, but apparently wasn't easy enough.

"I'm rarely in my office these days, Sorry to disappoint you guys. Send a hell butterfly if you really need me, it will know where to go.

((I know, in my post it says something about "if she were in there" I'm not going to quote it cause thats being a smart a**!))

As the banging ceased he frowned and exhaled deeply. She wasn't in which was fine, seems she was still training her heart out. My apology can wait he thought an apology is an apology no matter how soon or late it is given.

Hyronai turned and left the building, the heavy thought of an apology still weighing on his mind. He stood outside the the building in the fresh air unsure of where to go. He decided that for now he'd just walk about until he had an idea.

Asuma Haruka

PostPosted: Tue Feb 03, 2009 7:12 pm

A black mark suddenly appeared on one of the captain's walls. As soon as it appeared, it slowly widened, getting much, much larger. It was soon about as tall, if not taller, than a full grown man. And then, it stopped growing. The black portal pulsated black reiatsu, giving off a malicious energy that felt like it wanted to pull everything towards it. To devour everything in it's wake. Though, as it was made, a figure slowly walked out, his hands in his pockets, and his head low. Asuma had released his bankai back to it's katana form, after returning from the Zaigou area, wherein he had gone from the Labyrinth. All, to try and find someone who could help him. Daven was unable, which left very few who actually could. Though, he still knew a few that he would be able to talk to. Well, he hoped. The one he had in mind now...was a little...off. From what he had heard, she was very strict, with the rules, and the way he was coming, might just get him killed.

But then again, he was dead either way. If he went back, they would kill him for trying to leave. If he was spotted by anyone else, he would be attacked and most likely killed by the few he was trying to get to talk to him.

But, he had to try. Sighing as he walked in, Asuma looked around, trying to find the captain of the 13th squad, Yukimaru. HE had looked through the records long before he left, trying to learn everything he could on the captains. Yukimaru, Captain of the 13th squad. Though, he didn't have enough time to look in depth on them, he had found enough. He knew that she was one of the oldest captains, next to Nagi of the 5th division, and Rhia of the 2nd squad. Though, Yukimaru seemed like she would have the most say. He had met Rhia. He knew that she was one who was away from her squad often. With Feiy, most likely. And then Nagi...would disappear for months at a time, only to reappear out of nowhere. No, Yuki was pretty much the only way back in.

Looking around him again, Asuma shook his head, walking forward into the next room. This is where her main office was, where her desk was. The only thing hat mattered in the room, the only thing he cared about, was that he saw...well, it's what he didn't see. She wasn't there. Maybe she was out, or maybe she had joined the fight. He didn't know. Though, he would have to talk to her. Could he wait that long? She could be back in a few minutes, a few days, or a month from then. But he had to try. And so, he sat down on the nearest chair, resolved to wait for her to show up.
