Kintaro slowly approached the 1st division captains office door, It appeared that He wasn't alone, Kintaro could hear some people talking inside and waited for a bit... whee
"Humm... I'm actually nervous..."
"What are they talking about?!"
"I must make a good impression!"
"Come on, Kintaro, this is your chance!"
gonk "Oh my GOD! I'm freaking out!!!!" thought Kintaro, while looking at the door.
"Must do something!!!!"
So He knocked three times on the door and waited for an answer eek

As Magma Agito walks towards the captains office door once more he see's a rather nervous looking man and decides to scare him out of it "ohhh, a new friend...hehehehe" Magma mutters as he sneaks behind Kintaro waiting outside the door "BWAAAAAAAH!" Magma screams as he leaps out from behind Kintaro making his best Arrancar face expression...

Magma now being scolded by another shinigami feels accomplished that he has made this man get over his nervous phase...
"It called beefing you up for meting the captain, sorry if it disgruntled you, my name is Magma Agito but you can call me Magma or Agito, whats yours?" Magma said with a smiley man impression as he bowed to the man waiting outside the door...

Kintaro looked at the shinigami and started to realize that he didn't know what kind of shinigami this person could be, but he seemed friendly. So He smiled back, bowing in return, still a bit shaken by the turmoil of emotions he just felt and answered:
smile "I apologize for my rudeness... Nice to meet You, Agito-san! I'm Sanosuke Kintaro, new guy! biggrin So you're from this division?!"
edit: sorry for not being able to continue for now cause I'm really sleepy... its 4 a.m. here talk2hand just not capable of thinking properly now... I'll post replys in a few hours. wink

 Daven threw open the shoji door and looked at the two squad members standing outside. He used his patented quelling look, where his eyes seemed to be non existent. Controlling his voice so it was quiet, but dripping anger, he said, "You both DO realize that I can hear every word you say, right? "Magma, you haven't reported to me yet either, so you have no room to talk or persecute other squad members."

Kintaro bowed promptly as he saw the door open to reveal the 1st Divisions Captain.
"Sorry for the inconvenience, Captain! We haven't been introduced yet. Sanosuke Kintaro, reporting for duty, Sir!" said Kintaro still in the same position.

"Yeah im in this division also, nice to meet you" Magma replied to Kintaro-san
as Captain Daven popped from within his office giving an unsettling look to which wants Magma want to erupt and burn himself, "Surimasen Captain Daven I had some financial issues today so I have been organizing everything for me to report in" Magma pleads bowing several times as he turns to Kintaro-san "Nice to meet you but I got to go back to my acquisitions crusade, Captain Daven i'll report back after Kintaro-san here is finished sorry for being a disruption just wanted to help Kintaro get over his nervousness..." Magma blurts out as he walks down the hall rather quick like... sweatdrop

Magma Agito walks back down the hall near the captains office just hours later, "Man I hope the capt is still in there..." Magma thinks to himself as he gives a small sigh, Magma Agito reaches the door and politly knocks waiting for a reply "Hope nobody scares me from behind, that would be a drag..." Magma sarcastically says as he quickly turns around to see if anyone was behind him..."Good...now I play the waiting game" Magma sits on a nearby bench waiting in front of the office reading a book on Hollow mating habits and rituals..

"Magma, come in here." Daven waited while the new recruit came in and presented himself. "Good. I'm glad to see you are enjoying yourself and settling in. I have to say I'm a bit confused as to your abilities. So you and I are going to go around for a few rounds in the Challenge Arena. I want to see what you can do." Daven stood up, picked Kidorui Genso up from the sword stand and put it in its accustomed place at his back, and started toward the door.

Magma heard the captain call him in. So he walked in bowing at the same time. He was listening to Captain Daven very carefully as the Captain picked up a weapon from the sword stand and followed him not to far behind nor to close, just the right distance and the right pace.
"Yes sir, its an honor to be here, I want to prove myself to this squad, being an Agito noble I have to do just that. Sorry if my skills confused you, Im still...settling in, but with the help of squad 13 VC Fefnir, he is teaching me an heir technique to Shukuchi, since my reiatsu cannot withstand shunpo."
Magma followed Captain Daven to the challenge arena at a slightly slower pace to ensure he does not pass him up or keep at his side for it is dishonorable in his customs to do so.

Daven wound up back in his office, waiting for the reports from the 9th Squad as to what happened in the 4th Captain's office.
"Kintaro, come in. I may as well deal with you right now.
"Kintaro, I'm sorry I have been dragged off to other things, so please present yourself. I noted that you had been getting involved in the rest of the squad, and that's very good. I'm just making sure that you know who I am and that while I'm not always here, I do check in."

There. She hoped he liked it. She shunpoed to the area Mock was resting at, another kasa hat behind her back. He sure did love that hat, and was sorry it went poof in their battle, so, she got a new one for him, as well as about five more delivered to his room, so he wouldn't have to go out and buy them for a while. She held the hat behind her back and walked over to him. "Looks like he's busy with someone else..." she said through gritted teeth, the heat rising once again.
