When Gareth reached the water he stretched and looked out at the pond. His ears twitched at hearing another song beside his own and now the song played by the purple headphones around his neck. Looking around he spotted Arashi by the rock reading. Crouching down he gave Jamil a pat on the head, "we'll swim soon lil' lord." He then got up and walked over to the rock, "good day."

Arashi tipped his head up at the sound of soft footsteps. His eyes held a curious light, they were as blue as the lake, if not darker. Not that he really entertained such thoughts. He was more surprised by the appearance of another. Closing his book, he set it down and rest his palm on it. "Good afternoon." he said pleasantly, eyes training on the pups by the water. He had only been here for a short time, yet he knew who Asher and Jamil were. More curious why this male was with them then anything.
Asher had already dived in and went right on his "merry" way with purposely splashing Jamil, knowing full well the other pup was a spazz and couldn't swim. Laughing when the small pup whined the tanned one dived down in the water content to do his own thing.
Jamil scoffed at Ash and flopped on the bank side, and waited. When Asher resurfaced he swatted water at the other looking rather triumphant with himself.

Gareth nodded his head to Arashi and then turned the head at the sound of splashing water to check on the pups. Seeing Asher teasing Jamil he shook his head slightly. Gareth then padded over to Jamil, "come on its shallow for a ways you can walk in a bit then I'll help ya." He then started to pad his way into the lake splashing at Asher teasingly like Asher had done to Jamil with a laugh.

Asher eye'd the older male, and leaping into the air best he could purposely cannon balled down to splash him. His grin was whicked, as if he knew it were a game. Using his tail he swat at them both, spraying water, tongue sticking out. "Neh." He made a face vanishing under water.
Jamil whined and wadded into the shallows. When he realized it was ok...he rolled around paws flailing about randomly, giggling he was imensely pleased. He yelped although when Asher was attempting to knock Gareth into the lake fully.
Arashi didn't seem to mind the other leaving. Instead he watched over them from afar and resumed reading.

Gareth laughed and smiled splashing back at the pups. "Jamil now swimming I guess the way to describe it for you its like running in the watter."

Asher scowled when he didn't manage to knock the older male over. Moving around like a little shark he tried another angle. Determined much? Yeah why not. Just because he was younger made him no less capable. He rolled his eyes at Jay, the pup was a spazz. At least he'd managed to get it right he supposed.
Jamil's brow furrowed. Running....on water eh? Wiggling his tail he tested his paws once he righted himself and shifting side to side as if testing his luck ran forword and tried to keep running even if he could not touch ground. Surprised he nearly stopped when it worked. Not liking water up the nose he kept 'running' as direction eyes wide rather amused with himself.

At Asher's attempt this time around Gareth stumbled forward falling into the water making a large splash. When he broke the surface of the water he laughed and splashed back at Asher. "Hey!"

Asher half sneered, half grinned. "I win." He decided before tromping into the water tail swaying like he'd achieved some great thing. Grinning rather mischievously the small pup swatted water at the other with his tail, attempting to avoid and stray water his way. "You can not win~" He added thoughtfully.
Jamil adjusted his headphones that he still wore, amused they worked even with the water. At Ash's announcement the pup rolled his eyes. "Uh huhhh sureeee." He gave Gareth a look as if to say 'he thinks he owns the lake you know'

Gareth grinned wickedly and splashed at Jamil laughing and then pounced at Asher with every intention of taking the pup down with him.

Asher squawked in protest. He didn't tolerate such behavior from Jay, why in hells name would he allow this great lug to do so? Swatting at him with his paw his wet furr puffed up. "OFF! OFF ME YOU GREAT BEHEMOTH!" he demanded, making it an order. Only he was allowed to do such things! What in hells name was he doing. He grumbled, tail swaying, but sadly he was small, so the pounce resulted in him tumbling into the water.
Jay blinked... and broke out into giggle fits. The smaller male was utterly amused, and it showed. Rolling around paws flailing his little tummy hurt. It was all so amusing though! Grinning he sat down in the shallows and watched.

Gareth broke the surface with Asher in his arms laughing as the pup struggled to get away. He then threw Asher towards deeper waters still laughing and splashing around. He was like one giant pup tail swishing playfully behind him, looking over at Jamil with a big grin at the pups giggles.

Asher yelped as he was launched into the pool. He was not....angry persay as miffed. He was not use to some one directly challenging him. In the back of the pups mind...something kept note of all of this. As if he would get back at the other when he was older. For now, he could snap and snarl all he wanted. Crashing into the water the pup tred back to the other, nipping at the older Audio's tail.
Jay peered round the older Audio. Noting the similarities of a shark and Ash the pup yelped and darted out of the water to watch from where it was safe... even if he knew the other was both a land and sea shark. Oh well.

Gareth had been dancing about in triumph joking about when he let out a sudden yelp as Asher latched onto his tail. Gareth started to squirm violently back and forth trying to loosen his tail from the pups jaw, "Come on get off!" He whined trying to get at the pup.

Asher's eyes rolled up to watch the other. His tail swished, a snerk look in his eyes. He only loosened up enough to speak. "Say I win." He demanded resuming gnawing. He was a stubborn, mule headed child. Twisted and odd, he had a kind side..just now wasn't one of them. He had no patiences for feeling like he was a loser. So he tried to stare him down.

Gareth glared at Asher and tried to get his tail away attempting to be stubborn and not give in. Though the tactics didn't last very long, Gareth being too much of a softy not to give in to the pups antics.
"Fine. You win." Gareth said and stuck his tongue out at the up. "Can I have my tail back now? Please? You're teeth are really sharp." He then whimpered slightly.
