Cedric laughed at the angel's enthusiasm, getting up as well. He reached for his vest and slipped it back on. His clothes, he noticed, were slightly rumpled from sleep, and a chuckle slipped past his lips. "I think it would be best if I actually had some food for such a venture. I'll just slip out and go to the grocery store." He paused. "What kind of food should we have?"

"You know, perhaps we shouldn't bother. We can always simply eat at my house, and kami always has her pantries are always stocked." he said, smirking lightly. He was eager to get going, and it would be fine around Kami'd house in the day.

Cedric blinked, and then shrugged with a smile. "As you wish. She won't mind if we raid them?" Given that Buuk WAS a vampire, he wasn't at all concerned about running into him during the day time.

"There's always plenty. Sometimes I don't know how she manages it, but I'm sure she won't." he smiled, thinking the same thing. Most of the spooky creatures she housed were nowhere to be found in the day, so they'd be perfectly safe.

"Then it's settled." He leaned over, tugged Vasu to him and planted a kiss on the top of the angel's head. It was amazing how affectionate and sweet he could get to those people who he really, truely liked. "Let's be on our way."

Vasu giggled softly, fluttering his wings eagerly as he gave Cedric a smooch on the cheek. "Yes, let's!" he said, and took Cedric's hand, leading him toward the door.

The angel laughed, letting himself be dragged out the door. On their way out of the apartment itself, he grabbed his sword and belt, content to be lead by the enthusiastic angel.

Vasu pushed the door open for them, and practically dove up into the air, looking back and waiting for Cedric, giving him a chance to be able to take off.

He threw his wings open, pushing off strongly and joining Vasu in the sky. For a moment, he darted in and planted a kiss on the angel's lips before flapping his wings and gaining more altitude with a laugh. "Come on!"

Vasu squeaked in surprise, and blushed, speeding after him. "I am, quit distracting me!" he said jokingly, and flew up and past Cedric, spreading his wings to glide a bit.

The angel kept on laughing, watching the other angel rise above him. He followed suit shortly, rising to keep level with Vasu. He shot an amused at look at the other, which softened to loving after a few moments.

Vasu moved closer to Cedric, his expression happy and affectionate. He hardly noticed the terrain below slowly change into suburbs as they neared Kami's secluded home. He resisted the urge to dart around and play in the sky, wanting more to remain by his love's side.

Being that they were high enough to not have to watch out for trees or the like, most of the time Cedric was looking at Vasu. In an insane whim, he suddenly tucked his wings to his back, dove under the other angel, and then spread them again, soaring up on the other side. There was a crazy little grin on his face. "We're not in any hurry, are we?" He called. "Let's play a little, hmm?"

Vasu looked surprised, and even wobbled a bit, startled at Cedric's sudden dive. He'd never imagined Cedric could be so playful! He laughed, and dove after Cedric, doing a barrel roll as he dropped down at a steep angle.

He chuckled at the suprise on Vasu's face, and was delighted that the other angel decided to play along. The golden angel bit his lip, and then sped off, wings beating furiously, hoping that Vasu would catch on and give chase.
