"Shut up!" Niku shouted beating at Shin's chest. I was actually scared for a minute! Don't judge me!" Niku crossed his arms and pouted. He was actually incredibly embarrassed and blushing like mad, but he pouted at Shin for being so mean to him.

Niku gasped, "Really? So you knew how to make it go away and you laughed at me anyways! You meanie poop head!" NIku crossed his arms over his chest, and got back to looking for a mattress, or something like it.

"I just thought it was funny how you reacted Niku." Shin said. "Didn't you pay attention in health? The teacher went over it several times." He caught up with his friend and tried to cheer him up by staying in bright spirits, hoping it would rub off on him.

"Shin, you know I never payed attention!" Niku giggled a little as he wandered towards a junkyard. He saw a giant pile of mattresses and pointed in excitement. "Look, look look! It's like a bit mountain of beds!" Niku exclaimed, and ran up to it.

"Well the first part of our job is done." Shin ran over to help him pick it up. "We should carry it back first."

"No, we should jump on it first!" Niku exclaimed, jumping on one of the bigger mattresses. He laughed happily and held his hands out for Shin to join him.

"Okay..." Shin took his friends hands and jumped on the mattress. It wasn't all that squishy, but but it would be better than sleeping on hard cement.

Niku smiled and fell down against another mattress propped up against the large pile, pulling Shin with him. He hugged him and laughed gleefully. After a while of hoarsing around, Niku agreed that they should carry it back 'home'.

Shin picked up one side and helped Nikui carry it all the way back to the house. When they dropped it on the floor inside and a ton of dust came up. Shin coughed a little.

Niku flopped onto the mattress and sighed in contentment. It was much more comfortable than the hard ground. It actually felt pretty good, "Shin come lay down with me! It feels good!" Niku exclaimed, not at all meaning or realizing what it sounded like.

Lola shrugged. "I dunno...she does look like I've seen her before..." She squinted, trying to get a better look.
Vivvi walked closer, the features of the three catching her eye. "Lola?" She squealed and rushed over to the girl.
Lola looked up, a wide smile across her face. "Vivvi!" They embraced for a little while.

Mattes smiled at the two embracing... "You know each other well i assume....?" he looked down at Momo again to make sure she was all right... "Say 'Vivvi' would you like to come back to my house with us, seeing as you know lola here, the second floor is gone, but i have a TON of food, and my electricity and water arent running... but i have bottled water and some pots.... and we can always make a fire to cook something...." He waited for her answer...

Vivvi looked up from Lola and smiled. "Sure!" She paused for a second looking the boy over. "Vivvian...and you are?" She cocked her head. "I've met you once before...I think..."

Mattes' eyes suddenly lit up "Vivvi! Its Mattes!" Their parents had worked together before and during the war. (GO WITH IT! [srry i didnt have time to ask you if that was okay, lemme no if ya mind!]) he smiled and moved to hug her in greeting...
