"Is it supposed to? I'm going to... do that map thing."
Because it made more sense. So... cue him standing there and looking around for a few seconds as he wondered where one could find maps. Then... "Hey, follow me."
And then cue some walking with Bleu expected to follow, because Laz was the brawn in the outfit, and you don't want your brawn walking off without you. He didn't know the formal name for them, but some kind of... station. Everyone but maintenance should have access to the maps, and Laz did spend some time in construction... so he could read odd maps and crazily written prints.
Holding it up and thinking about directions--- getting turned around and all didn't help him at all-- he finally put the map down. "You were close, we're going southwest. It's a bit of a way, though. I'm going to run, can you keep up?"

[Northern Field ->]
He entered base with a huge guy in tow, leaving a trail straight from the south by dragging the body and all.
And what the ******** was going on now?

Throughout the city, the people of Frostschild were coming home. Men, women, and children, knocked out of reality by a magical punch no one saw coming, were being nudged back into existence by the very same force. Eating, sleeping, shopping, working, they had been going about their lives, and to them no time had passed at all. Still, something was not right.
They were changed.
Metal. Jagged. Screaming and shrieking with inhuman voices, they returned skeletons of their former selves, grim visages of decayed bodies animated through the fusion of magic and robotics. They would go about their daily lives, clumsy brutal mockeries of what they once were, but lacking in human comprehension or understanding.
That is, until they saw someone alive, someone unchanged, someone who was still human. They turned on these people, watched them. Approached slowly, cautiously, sizing up the strange being. They would clang their metal teeth together threateningly, stretch out their claw-like fingers, and then...
...they would attack.

Athan was stirring now, just about the time one of the mercenaries decided to approach the two. He was hiding, or scared of all the people popping up out of the treatment center. Whatever, he was here now, and he was freaked out by the metal zombie people all over the place.
"Sirs! Orders?!"
He looked down to Athan, who was probably having a hard time breathing being face down in the dirt and all.
"What's wrong with him?"

There were a baker's dozen of the skeletons that faded into existence from out of nowhere. The grunts of Greywater and the robots would look at each other dumbly for a moment, before the robots scattered, charging at the soldiers around them.

“Urg?” Joseph woke up in a Blur, “Take…..Wait…..Forcements!” How long had he been out? At the moment he was feeling sick, a feeling that passed once the contents of his stomach laid beside him. Now he was cold. “What the hell is going on?” He yelled to no one in particular, then he saw light coming from a door way. Weakly getting up he picked up some stim packs. Drinking what he could he exited the room only to find Hell. The city he had been assigned to guard had gone up in smoke. He knew that right now, his old job didn’t matter, living did.

Joseph would find himself showered in blood as the body of one of the grunts flew overhead. Two of them had already fallen, and the remaining skeletons were surrounding the survivors.
A single skeleton's metal feet trampled the snow between it and Joseph as it charged, aiming to tackle the man to the ground.

Bleu was running to the the snow fortress park but out of nowhere Zombies appeared. A chill ran down his spine. "Don't want to go there" He turned around "F@$K there everywhere!" Zombies had now appeared between him and the water plant though there was less than at the snow fortress park. "Now what?" Bleu said as the Zombies advanced on the water plant" None had noticed him yet he would wait and see what happened. His sunstone orb still with him providing him with warmth and stopping the cold from reaching him.
Edit:Sunstone-Creates a small orange globe in the spell users hand which will float and follow the spell caster or move according to his will. Keeps the area at an even 65-70 degrees F(18-21 degrees C) with a radius of 30 ft. (Obtained in gaia event Unity)

Quote: Damnnation: A ranged attack in which a Wraith fires a blast of its Aura in an extreamly consintrated beam. With that a blast of aura would erupt from his hand, hoping that the damn thing would stay the ******** down. Smearing the blood on his face into crude war paint, he roared over the din, “ALRIGHT YOU p***y FOOT COWARDS AIM FOR THE HEAD!” with that he picked up a fallen guards assault rifle and his tags. “May what ever god you believe in show you his mercy.” *Equipment aquired: Assault rifle 2 spare clips A standard assault rife issued to the Greywater guards. *

Chen enters from the Irrigation Sewers, quickly running up the stairs toward the door. It felt a whole lot colder when he arrived, but he'll take care of that when he gets to the entry way. Arriving, he turns and closes the door behind him before continuing onward across a walkway before he stops, seeing two things: snow and more of those metallic zombies. Despite his body starting to shiver, especially with him being wet, his arms grasp around him as he looks upon this sight, snow starting to pile lightly on his gray sweater, pants, and in his black fine hair. A foggy breath escapes his lips as he breaths, tensing up from the cold. He had an above average human fortitude, trained to survive in these types of climates. But it still didn't exempt him from properly getting dressed up.
Seeing that all the zombies had their sights on others for the moment, he sneakily, but quickly heads across the snow toward one of the APCs. If he is able to get into the back of one, he will close the door and proceed to suit up inside.
Cooooooold!

So much... life energy!
Three more of the skeletons turned on Joseph, charging him directly from different directions.
Behind Chen, a large, heavy object slams into the door. Again. And again. It is joined by other large, heavy noises, while one skeleton emerges from a hole in the plant's wall created by an errant APC. After a moment, the door breaks down, and three skeletons pour out.
Chen had four skeletons on his trail now, all charging at him in a group.

Looks like he was being chased, after all. Scooping up a fallen shotgun from the ground, he rolls forward, changing his facing one hundred eighty degrees. Returning to a stand, he backs up toward the APC as he cocks the gun and releases a wide blast of ammo toward the group pursuing him. He didn't know if it would destroy them, but the force of the shot should be enough to keep them back long enough for him to retire into the APC and close the door.
Locking it, he throws down the shotgun and proceeds to remove his clothes, quickly to put on the spare uniforms that were equipped inside. Snow pants, kelvar vest, wool shirt, layering himself as much as he could. He knew those things were going to be trying to bash their way inside eventually, so he had to be ready. Especially after his ear rang of the order given to them, it was time for him to get to work like the EYE agent he was.

What the hell are those..
Deitric had been talking to one of the Greywater grunts about what to do when the attack hit, a swarm of skeletal.. robot.. zombie.. things. Whatever they were, they looked pretty pissed off, and they'd already dragged a few of the Greywater Company down with them.
The tribesman reached down, pulling out his tomahawks as he moved to find somewhere he could be of aid, either in reinforcing a weakened position, or even in taking the fight to the eerie enemy that had popped out of nowhere.

“DAMN THESE THINGS!” Joseph cried as he shouldered the rifle. Forcing his Aura into a scythe, the teen began to spiral in a clockwise motion attempting to hack way at the approaching threats. “Ok, this is gonna be a long a** day.”
