sweatdrop Most of the girls sat down. Can't blame them. Oh, and there was a lot of mingling between genders just because.

Yeah. When we sat down in the graduation place, the boys were on the right and the girls were on the left. When we were standing around all morning, it was the same, and we were also separated by last name.

[ ]That sucks. We had four lines and with the exception of one of them, we could stand wherever we wanted. One of the lines was supposed to be for the "valedictorians" and IB people.

Cool. surprised We were severely in order. And wrote our names on a notecard for the teachers to announce our names as we came.

[ ]We were given a small piece of paper at graudation rehearsal that had our name on it (Yes, some people did lose theirs the night before and had to get a replacement one the day of graduation; it was bound to happen). We had to hand it to the person who was reading our name and we could help them with the pronounciation beforehand if they needed it. There were 4 different readers, so there was time to do that.

3nodding Same here. While I was walking up on stage, someone checked my card for legibility and told me to write darker, but I couldn't get a pencil until I was almost on stage. gonk Then when I finally did it, I almost didn't get to give away the pencil. The irony's that someone else came to check before we left for the ceremony. stare

[ ]Oops. And wow.
Ours were typed. It was just a small slip of paper that they had printed out for us.

[ ]Yeah, I guess it was a pretty good system. I'm just amazed that so many people remembered to bring that little slip of paper. That was the main flaw.

Ahh. I thought someone would print out a list of our names and we were supposed to line up in that order.... But I thought that during the rehearsal. 3nodding

[ ]That would've worked better, since you guys were in order by name.

Yeah, but then we were also separated by gender, so I suppose a master list wouldn't have worked. They alernated between a line of girls and a line of boys going up to the stage by last name. It was pretty confusing. gonk

[ ]That's an interesting way to do it.
If we had been alphabetical, I would've been behind one of the star football players. His dad is one of the football coaches and was my economics teacher.

Cool! surprised I was all the way in the back. sweatdrop Second to last row of girls.
But the funny part was that the person counting us to our seats miscounted, or we weren't very bunched together. So we ended up with an empty seat in my row. xd Actually right to my left. That chair was empty through the whole thing.
