We will not be having a regular Thanksgiving event. However, we will be having a Thanksgiving tektek contest with prizes to be awarded. I simply won't have the time to do any more than that because of my course load. We will have a full Christmas event sometime in December. For that event, I would like to revive Secret Santa. It was immensely popular in the past, so I hope that everyone will enjoy it this time. The threads in the event forum will remain until I change them out for the Christmas event. The Thanksgiving tektek contest will take place in a regular thread in the guild lobby.

The posting glitch seems to be somewhat fixed. All new posts now appear where they are supposed to; however, the dates of the old posts have not been restored. The lost posts have not been recovered yet either. Please feel free to post anywhere you like now, but be careful about the dates. Hopefully, they will get the other posts straightened out.

We'll have a snowball fight sometime in January. We'll probably do another tektek thing too, but I think that I might change it so you tektek me. whee That's just a thought though. Nothing is set in stone yet.

The Valentine's Day Party is going to begin on February 8th, and it is going to run through February 15th. Since Valentine's Day is on the 14th, we have to have the day after to share all of our happy/depressing stories. lol This time, I have quite a bit planned, and I have a whole lot of prizes! heart Some of the things that we will be doing includes:
A Kissing Booth (just for fun, not so much a game)
A "bash Valentine's Day" writing contest
A "support the lovey dovey Valentine's Day stuff" writing contest
A tektek contest
A blind date game
A dice contest
An art exhibition
And more! heart

Yay, Valentine's Day!
I love holidays. I especially loved all of the Valentine's Day items we saw in Walmart just after New Year's. I think I single-handedly keep Hallmark alive! LOL!

I think I'm just going to do a dice/random number contest for St. Patrick's Day, and have gold prizes. I don't really feel like doing another big event right now. (That will be the March event.)
