hmmm i better go to sleep. i believe nalini said that there was a bunker on the main level. ill come back in the morning.

Kuruu walked out of the elevator, looking around at the new facility with awe, his grunny perched on his shoulder. "This is great," he said, nodding, as he ran from wall to wall to get a feel for the new environment.

Btw we have a shipment of Grunnies coming in tomorrow morning.300 of the lil guys.  So if you need any for research the pass to the keypads on the cages is 1698. domokun domokun * Strolls to workbench inside Lab 301, rearranging paperwork an other various materials* * Collapses into bed for the evening, knowing tomorrows gonna be a long day.*

(walks into the lab with a tune on his lips and a hop in his step)
well todays the day! i wonder if we got the grunny shipment in.
(glances around the lab, walks over to the sink and begins washing his hands)
time for some music, now what should i put in?
(takes out his ipod and starts playing coheed and cambria. he fills a bucket with water and grabs a mop. dingus begins to mop the floor before the other labtechs arrive.)

Man Sorry I'm late guy... Dingus do you know when we are able to move them from Level 6?
*Heads to Lab 301 with Gex in tow...*
((I have been super busy today with RL work that I didn't have a chance to properly receive Grunny shipment, Sorry TOM! I have to go back to work right now but should be back in an hour or so!))

Kuruu emerged from a closet, hair messy, yawning. "Wow, that was a long nap..." Closing the door, he looked over to 264, who was prepping cages for the new shipment of Grunnies. "I have a new tranquilizer serum in my Lab, if there are any problems with the Grunnies. If I'm asleep again, it's the blue vial to the left." Watching 264 lay down objects in the cages, and spray them with various chemicals necessary for Grunny containment, Kuruu noticed the size of the cages. Bigger than most of the old ones, for sure.
((Sorry if I mess with the groove of this by adding unstated info ^^;; I've also been away all day, at a band concert))

That will come in handy for sure Kuruu thanks. We will definitely be needing that for some of the more wild ones. If you need any for your own research just let me or Nalini know I will be keeping a log to account for which LT's have which serial numbers. We have 300 of the lil cuties . Well maybe not so cute. * Heads to computer to start typing up logs, wondering when the ID collars will be in*

GRUNNY SERIAL LOG
This is the log used to account for Level 3 Grunny Research.
All LabTechs that use any Grunny for experiments must account the serial numbers used and type of research. Remember any specimen contaminated must remain in the specific Lab where it was contaminated to avoid spread.
Grunnies are numbered 0001-0300

Kuruu nodded, tossing a small morsel over his shoulder, which was promptly snapped up by his grunny, Alphy.
"I've been researching the effects of Uracil on Grunny DNA. Apparently, it has a good hand in domestication. Unfortunately, Uracil is hard to extract from subjects, considering it resides in tRNA, and one of the only uses is with Flourine. Luckily, we now have a Chemical department."
Running a hand through his white hair, Kuruu pondered possible cancerous cells' creations through the incorperation of Uracil with DNA, as opposed to RNA. It didn't matter, anyways; this was all a huge experiment, and Grunnies happened to be the unlucky Lab Subject.
"I'll stick around for a moment, 264, and see if I can't help you with the Grunny containment. Those little buggers are a vicious lot, after all..."

Yes they can be quite mean if not properly treated. A portion of my research is to make Grunnies suitable to Human interaction.

Oh yeah and this is Gex.

He's nice enough. He only obeys me. I found him as a baby newly infected with the G Virus. I've raised him since he was very small an I was a student. Over the past few years we've been thru plenty.

Kuruu drew back, royally freaked out by the scars. Chuckling, he pointed to Alphy.
"I found him in another facility, as a baby, practically experimented to death. I think that there's someone else in this facility that knows about the Grunny-Uracil thing. Anyways, he's pretty tame, only scratched me once."
Kuruu rolled up his sleeve to reveal a scar running down the bottom of the appendage, from his shoulder to his elbow.
"He used to be a main source of astonishment around the old facility...I used to bottle feed him milk, whereas he should have been having blood and meat. That's what lead me to the Genetics department, though I already had a PhD in Animal Genetics. What special credentials do you have, 264?"

Wow he got you good there huh!
I attended Gaia University to obtain my biology degree and I have a degree in Animal NeroToxins. My main research project is the ability to Grombifie a subject without joining a Grunny to the subject. Thus we shall create a superior form of species. We are FAR from Human or Hermeian experimentation right now though.
*Hovers off ground slightly showing Kuruu his fully outstretched golden wings*
Ahh.. It feels so good to stretch them out once in a while... 264 thought to himself being raised around humans he primarily walks everywhere.

"Looks like you've been doing Hermeian experimentation yourself...or are those natural?"
Tapping on his teeth, Kuruu was reminded of his own supernatural abilities, Lycanthorpe.
More like a curse, than an ability, he thought bitterly. Luckily, he had devised a serum to counteract the transformation, slightly. He had altered the DNA attatchment, and made it so that he wasn't completely feral when he changed.
"Amazing," he said, "Simply amazing."
((I can post more frequently now...I had had to do layouts for a brochure earlier tonight, but I'm done now :3))

Wow there sure are alot of Werewolves an Hybrids running around here, 264 thought to himself
These are ALL natural my friend. My father was Hermes an my mom a poor Gaian farmers daughter. We are rare but Hermes liked the ladies it seemed. I have never met him or contacted him.
So will you be needing any Grunnies for research? We have 200 left. Serial numbers 0101-300. You may have as many as needed.
