Angel of the End "No thank you. But I would be happy to join you." Banshee sat in the clearing across from him. "So what are you doing all the way out here? Usually, there are not many people out here." "I am trying to get to the town on the other side of this forest. I am transporting a special package for my client. Do you know your way through the woods?" Edward sat down and dished himself a full bowl of his homemade soup.

"Sure, as soon as your done eating I would be happy to help. However, are you talking about the mainland or the other town outisde of here?" Banshee was curious as to what the package was and whom it was going to, however, she also figured to be polite and not ask too many questions.

Banshee was curious as to what the package was and whom it was going to, however, she also figured to be polite and not ask too many questions. "I was told to deliver this package to a small village on the outskirts of the forest on the other side of this forest. Though I am not from any of the near by lands so I maybe mistaken." he started to go back for seconds.

Angel of the End "Ok, yes I believe I am very sure of where you are talking about. Where are you from?" Banshee had not been to the village in about a year now, but used to visit often, so she was not worried about getting lost on the way there. "Well I am from a kingdom way to the east, the kingdom of Basil. I doubt that anyone here has heard of it. Oh I am Edward by the way."

Banshee was happy for her game face, she was almost certain she knew whom Edward was. However, at this point, she knew all was well and to not worry. 'Besides, even if I do recognize him... he seems like a nice person.' She thought to herself.

Angel of the End "My name is Banshee, and nice to meet you. Basil, the name sounds familar, although nothing about the place is known to me." Banshee was happy for her game face, she was almost certain she knew whom Edward was. However, at this point, she knew all was well and to not worry. 'Besides, even if I do recognize him... he seems like a nice person.' She thought to herself. "Nice to meet you too. Are you sure you do not want any?" Edward thought to himself that he might have met this person long ago, the name did sound familar, maybe somebody who worked for his family, which were the royal family of Basil.

Angel of the End Banshee smiled. "No thank you, although I do appreciate your offering. Say, since you are not from around here, have you heard of the legend of this forest?" He shook his head no. "No I have not. What is the legend?" he leaned in to hear her speak the tale.

"There was once a girl who lived in the forest. One day, a man from outside the forest met her and fell in love with her. However, she told him that only when he could find a black rose, and bring it back to her, would she marry him. Well, he searched the earth for years, until finally finding a perfect black rose. When he came back to give it to her, he found out that she had died just weeks before his arrival. Ever since, he has stayed in this forest, looking after her home for her, considering he understood it ment so much to her." Banshee smiled and slightly laughing said, "That is why not too many natives come into the forest, everyone seems to believe either he is here or that there are evil spirits or something that will jump out and get-cha. Must say though, I do not completely disagree with them." Banshee said this whial looking up at the trees, you could see the stars threw all the branches of the tall trees reaching upwards to heaven.
