Rusty backed off from the hug after a moment or two, scratching behind his ears. D'aaaw, puppy. Such a nice doggy. "I like you too, Blue." Rusty told the dog, grinning. Yaaay, Puppy~

"Good," Blue said with a little sneeze and a shake of the head. Oh my! Talking puppy! He jumped down to the floor and trotted toward his water bowl. Mmm, cool, cool water.
"He's a good boy," Shiloh nodded, "Always done good by me."

"He theemth good." Rusty smiled after the puppy. He looked back at Shiloh, and his eyebrows raised.

Staring. Big purple eyes just watched him. Hoss nibbled on one duct taped hook meditatively and reached up. He gave Shiloh a gentle little whack on the nose.
Oh hoh. He'd seen that look you gave his human, Shiloh. There was nothing he could do about it, but he had seen it.
Rusty shook his head. "Told you he liketh you better."

Shiloh grinned and beeped Hoss' nose. Awww, adorable hitty baby.
"You're his dad. Of course he likes me better. Just wait. The more you visit, the more he sees of me, the more bruises I get. Isn't that right, little boo-boo?"

Hitty indeed. Hoss snapped at said finger, any traces of goodwill gone. He flailed and tried to whack at him, much like he would to Rusty.
The man sighed. "I dunno how you can be tho ethited to have uth come back." He smiled slightly.
