Mimi smiled nonchalantly, she didnt seem to notice her speed. She just thought it was jsut like everyone elses.
"really? i hadn't noticed, then again, its always been me and Ryo most of the time, so i guess i wouldnt know."
She smiled then, "thanks anyways." She said going back to her aimless looking.

"Now thats just paranoia" Ken said, still smiling.
"But if it makes you feel better, my name is Ken Raite, im a Kumogakure Genin, I carry about a dozen kunai and shuriken in a pouch hidden behind my jacket and I have a sword sized butterfly knife also hidden behind my jacket. I dont intend to use them. Im here as a foreign ninja program" he explained, amazingly all in one breath.

"Genin level? You seem a lot better than I am" Ken said, still smiling.
He turned to Kachi again. "This isnt to make a treaty, more like strengthen the existing one. And that concept is a little brutal, because you said any hostility. I would say if it was attacked" Ken added, raising an eyebrow.

"Its been put into effect ages ago, a few years after Kumogakure lost miserably to Konoha in a war. This is just to strengthen it, add to it, remove some from it, etcetera." Ken said, stretching his left arm and yawning slightly.
"This is a very...quiet city" he commented.

"I trust you" Ken said, still with a bit of a grin on his face. He reached into his pocket, pulling out a small coin, which he started rolling between his fingers, just for something to do.

Ken flipped the coin over his head. "You seem a bit down, guess I kinda interrupted something...training, maybe?" he asked casually, catching the coin on the back of his ankle, flipping it back over his head to his hand.
