Ruth grinned again and placed the glass heavily back down on the counter, its contents now gone. "I think I sh'uld wai' a minu'e or so before I 'ave anotha...wha' be there in th' way o' food in this 'ere establishmen'?"

"Ay, pork be good" Ruth grinned to herself as the bartender turned to fetch the food. She busied herself with the empty glass, rolling it idly in her hands, until the bartender returned. "Any luck then sah?"

Ruth paused for only a second before replying. "I be'er 'ave anotha one, ay? Help th' food go down!" She grinned at the barman as she speared a piece of pork on her fork.

He nodded, and poured her yet another drink. He then set the filled glass in front of Ruth, watching her as she ate.

((Grah. Sorry it took me so long to reply, study has kept me busy.))
Ruth at quickly, her hunger showing on her face. After half the food was gone she picked up her glass and drank deeply again, then grinned at the bartender.
"Tha' be good food yer go' 'ere. Bu' I still be wonderin', where be other clien'ell? There were those odd folk a bi' ago, bu' where be others now?"

The bartender smiled slightly. "Nay, it be alright, miss." He then rubbed his chin, clearly starting to become troubled by something.
