"I have never said that nor have I meant it to seem so. But if you go on like this maybe I will." He eyed her for a reaction. Why did she plague his mind so? It's not like she was the kind of her he'd normally go after. She was also very odd in her actions. But there was something about her he had to admit.

"You never said that you never want to see me again?" she challenged with an exaggeration of his words. He bugged her with the way he acted. But there she was still trying to figure him out and still attracted to him. Sitting down infront of him in the warm sand she watched him and listened.

"No I didn't and you know I didn't so don't twist my words around. I was still have asleep at the time and what I told you to do was speak or go. You chose to leave." Red spoke calmly but his voice was powerful. His tail wrapped up around him self, it's flame flickered in front of his paws.

Andariel huffed, "Fine, whatever you say. Not like I will be waking you up again.." she mumbled to herself and glanced out to the ocean that sparkled like her hair in the moonlight. The sound of the waves rolling onto the shore was soothing.

"Oh really? So then out of curiousness. Why did you come back here? The real reason, please." He asked of her. What she had told him of before must not have been all. Then must have been another reason she had come back for him.

Her head turned, canted to the side as she looked at him. Her hair looked a little stringy still but she was dry. "I was filthy if you must know. I was trying to make myself a home.."

"Oh." Red XIII said hiding his hurt feelings very well, but he didn't even know why it hurt in the first place. It might have been that he was hoping that on some small level that she was thinking about him too, even if she didn't want too just like him. There must be more to why he thought of her like he did. He didn't even know her yet he felt like he did, which of course was preposterous, but he wanted to know more about her.
Just as quickly as he had said 'oh', with in the blink of an eye he said. "You don't look filthy to me." He muttered.

Andariel stared up at the sky for awhile in silence. It was better then letting anything he said get to her. She just couldn't figure out why she liked this grumpy male. Without her home finished she would have to sleep elsewhere. Her gaze lowered to sweep over the beach. It isn't a smooth ground and I sink in it but maybe it wouldn't be so bad.she thought to herself.
Getting up she moved a foot away then flopped in the sand. "Better then hard ground.." she mumbled to herself and sighed. Green eyes darted to him, watching him for any reaction to her moving. She thought it was silly but she hoped he would feel something..

Red XIII watched her out of the corner of his only eye. She was staring at him, why? It made him fell awkward but at the same time he like the attention for her. He scanned over her face, her lips, her cheeks, her dazzling eye. It was driving him batty. He shut his eye tight and started to growl. It grew into a yell, he really couldn't take it any longer. He got up and had no idea what he but he knew he had to...or it was just a need, just a test. He moved over to Andariel and gazed down at her. Before she could really say anything he bent down and kissed her.

Andariel was going to give up with the hope that something would happen with him. Maybe she was reading into it all wrong to begin with. Just when she was going to look away and put her head down he yelled which surprised her, even scared her a little. Quickly she looked away so she didn't aggrivate him further. Taking a quick glance back she found him standing there infront of her, getting a small surpried noise escaping her. She felt a uneasy being stared at in that way and as if she didn't have enough mixed emotions making her heart pound, she found herself being kissed. Returning his sudden affection any doubts she had about him vanished. It felt right.

Red XIII was surprised when he felt her return the kiss. More then surprised, he was over the moon. Quickly and with out warning even to him self, his little 'test' kiss turned into something more. It grew deep and passionate with in the blink of an eye and it startled him. He quickly pulled away from her as he tried to clear his head so he could think clearly. "So sorry. I shouldn't have forced my self on you...that was wrong."

Started to loose herself in the moment before he pulled away. Looking away from him with a deep blush beneath purple fur. "It's alright.. no real harm done. Just a.." she paused to think of a good word "spur of the moment thing?" She was stretching for his logical answer since hers had to be farfetched. Her imagination did run a little wild.

"Ya, thats what we will call it...Spur of the moment." Red said in a sarcastic voice. He knew it was more then that. More then it should be, after all he only just meant her and already he was acting like a fool in love, but he couldn't be in love...could he? He had heard stories about love but this wasn't it surely. Not so quickly. Was it lust then? He continued to ponder that of a moment.

Andariel's ears flattened partially before she laid her head down on her paws. "Well.. it was nice" she remarked quietly not wanting to upset him. Kneading into the soft sand she listened to the water washing on shore in the silence. It was a comfort having someone nearby, as confusing as he was. Before long she yawned feeling more exhausted from the long day as the night slipped on.

Red pretended that he didn't hear that but it warm him to know that. He looked out over the sea and watched the waves come lapping up on shore. It was peaceful and having someone there to share this peace with wasn't so bad. It was kinda nice actually but when he thought of it that way he panic a little. "Um...I should go. Let you be so you can get on with your home building."
