Well here's me:
Me! Me again ^_^
And since this is a fantasy guild...
Me once again
Halloween last year. I'm on the left. My mom made the outfit and I designed it. I brought it to the Potrero War in March but didn't wear it. crying

Sorry, but Nazi-Flags and other Nazi-Symbols are forbidden in Germany ^^
Nevertheless I don't want to use Symbols of an ideology, under wich I most possible died. wink

Hey all! Thought I would share a pic of my steam punk airship crew from a couple weeks ago at Geek.Kon.08. This was the entire cast for the Steam Century mystery adventure that took place aboard our fictional airship, the HMA Badger. Front: Captain Brennan (commanding officer); middle row from left: Captain Jeffries (privateer of the Halifax Bonaventure), Doctor Noall (ship's surgeon), Lt. VonChrist (chief engineer), Vicar Smythe (chaplain), Lt. Blackwell (quartermaster), Lt. Moberly (navigator, that's me!!!), Lord Tiree (HRM official envoy); back row from left: Lt. Kane (intelligence officer), Lt. Roberts (ordinance officer), Chief Moritaine (chief of the boat), Cmdr. Townsend (executive officer, HE DID IT!!!), Sgt. Deweyr (scout detachment).^_^ Berz.

Here's a pic from this past Saturday. My BF and I were running around a state park dressed as Vikings for the fall Ring Game. We were on our way out there around sunrise when we spotted a great photo-op and couldn't resist. Yay for foggy atmospheric piccies! Berz.

What great pictures, everyone!
Ekklesiast, there's nothing creepy about Germans for me and Hod... smile My mother was German, she and her parents came here after 1945. At home when I was little we spoke German, English, and the occasional smatterings of Greek and Latin (a very overly educated household!). I love Germany! Hod is more into Norse things, though we have very little Norse blood.
I love your Gaia name. I'm a clergyperson myself, though during the day I work for a computer contracting company. I run a small parish in Northern Virginia in the US in my so-called spare time. smile

I used to do Tae Kwon-Do. I left because the instructor started picking on me when I got to Green Belt. He used to do that to most students when they got to that level, but he always went too far. His idea of curing a low blood sugar level was asking me to stand in a squatting position with my hands around the back of my head. Idiot!
I've done Karate, Tae Kwon-Do, Kuk Sool Won and some Jeet Kune Do. I am looking to do another martial art. I left Kuk Sool a couple of years ago because the instructor refused to let me have the lessons I'd paid for when I had to cancel the direct debit (I wasn't going as often as I wanted to because I was in a retail job meaning I was doing random shifts every week and was therefore too tired).
I was thinking about doing something like Hapkido. That's also a Korean martial art like Tae Kwon-Do and Kuk Sool Won, and besides I know 1-10 in Korean already so that helps. Somehow I prefer the Korean martial arts. Mum said she'd pay for me to do one for a little while at least, like pay for me to join and get the uniform etc, and pay for so many months. It'd be a kind of Christmas present.
