oh, I forgot. That never ceases to amaze me. But then, you have the internet, so you can watch everything that's on TV anyway.

go to their websites.
Like, for "Heros" go to NBC and watch them on there.
Fox has "Lost" up where you can watch it, too.
Networks often have their newer shows up for the viewing.
Then there's www.veoh.com where you can look up a lot of stuff, mostly anime, though.
But the best place to find links is sidereel. There, you can search for whatever show you're looking for and they provide external links to streaming videos all over the internet. Like, if you look up Ranma, it'll show you a whole bunch of links for each episode.

There's also megavideo.com, which I don't like as much because I think its annoying and hard to find stuff on it.

No problem! I stopped using my TV for anything other than 360 up at school, so I watched a lot of TV online.
