from my exp, they should have already put him on LLD unless THEY tend not to make such a big deal out of it and actually do something about it.

Well they kept him for like two and a half days for observation and diagnosis, but this is just something that has to run its course

Well he's going to be stationed at one of cities thats on the border and has a customs facility right next to where the road comes in
