I must decline your challenge for a specific reason... While I could tell you the reason in particular, I feel that I must be a slightly harsh task master and ask that you read my rules... Uncover the reason, and then rectify it. Then and only then will I schedule a challenge to you. *sigh* It may seem asinine for me to ask this, but I have to have everyone follow my rules. Sateru ^_^ No problem, but that Medicham is surprising... It outspeeded my Gengar, and my Mismagius... Which is most interesting.

How is that even possible? Would it have to have like 31 IVs in Speed, with a speed nature, EV trained in speed, and then even a choice scarf to be able to outrun a Mismagius or Gengar? Because there is a big difference in their base stats between them. Like 25 and 30 points difference.

I mean a Medicham with 31 IVs 252EVs and a +attack nature with a choice scarf barely outspeeds a weavile with 31 IVs 252EVs and a +speed nature. If the same medicham had a +speed nature it outspeeds a max IV/EV +speed electrode. (the fastest pokemon next to ninjask... and deoxys but he doesn't count.) so scarfed medicham is way out of gengars league.

.....i like mismagius i called mine chuck due to me always calling him a her and mecause if i said mismagius i always accedently said mespiret so his name is chuck and he is fast thats all i know about a mismagius speed xD
