((Just so you know, Shosen no Jutsu as an A-rank technique won't be available to under Jounin from the library. Of course, Jounins and above could visit the restricted section. At least two of the four librarians available each shift are ANBU (the other two are Jounin), just to make sure nobody tries to break the rules...
The publicly available Jutsus are as stated on the first page. Up to C-rank, but no village secret Jutsus.))
"Whoa...calm down kid... So you like medical ninjutsu, huh?" Anzu smiled a bit, seeing Conan so perked up. Over such a simple medical technique too. "Hm...that was two variations of Shosen no Jutsu...the latter being the chakra scapel... It is usually used in operations to tend to more severe wounds. I suppose you seen Nyame's Minor Chakra Heal? That's only to mend minor cuts and scrapes... One hand with the Shosen would be enough to both make incisions and heal...but the Jutsu is preferably used with both hands...to quicken the process..." He eyed the kid for a moment, as if sizing up Conan's strengths. "Such a shame...less and less medic-nins know it. You know, the Senju family was the first to introduce Shosen to the medical field." A small smile. "Perhaps. But after you become stronger. Ask Nyame to teach you Minor Chakra Heal first...when you get ready to graduate. She's really good with picking out different herbs for healing different wounds too, so you might learn an interesting thing or two."

Ryuugetsu read a fine bit about Katon ,and how they were performed .He would probably check the book out to try out some of them when he had the right amount of chakra.His eyes scanned over pages continuously absorbing every last word about the jutsu style .Seeing as the main ,and traditional style of jutsu used by the Uchiha was Katon .He intended on putting Katon into his arsenal.

As his eyes passed over a stray paragraph he spotted some jumbled wording it actually seemed like gibberish to him.He passed his finger below he words to make sue words weren't missed as his eyes raced over columns of words ,and pasted them on his brain for it to decipher,but the paragraph just kept sliding off .He'd need to use some harder paste to stick it it on.

Conan was hanging of every single word that Anzu was saying as he waited to hear the next word. All Conan could think about as Anzu talked about the Shosen no jutsu and Conan thought that it was the most amazing thing he had ever seen. But Conan felt a little sad when Anzu said that he wouldn’t be able to learn it. But he did say that Nyame knew a jutsu called minor chakra heal as well as some herb knowledge. But he also said he needed to get stronger first. well no one said the path of the ninja was going to be easy Conan felt like a fire was burning inside of him as he said to Anzu “ thank you Anzu-sama I will get stronger and I will learn that jutsu. Then one day ill be just as strong as you and you can teach me the Shosen no jutsu. Now excuse me I’m going to go continue my training” Conan said with a smile as he left Anzu at the table he was at and ran off to continue studying first aid. Walking around Conan soon found Ryu sitting at a table reading a book of his own. Sitting down across from him Conan began studying his own book once more. After a few paragraphs Conan said to Ryu. “So what are your reading Ryu-chan?”

As Conan waited for Ryu to say something he flipped another page in his book. The page he flipped to was telling him what to do incase some one were to fall unconscious. As he read the section Conan thought well this would be a grate thing to know I’m sure it could happen to a lot of the people I’m going to need to help. as he continued to read threw the book. Conan knew that he would probably take check this book out. Conan figured that he would probably find himself reading a lot. But that only put a smile on his face he liked reading it was better then not doing anything.

Ryuugetsu didn't even look at Conan as he began to speak ."Don't call me Ryu-Chan Ryu-Sempai is good enough" he said ,and then replied to Conan's question "It's a jutsu encyclopedia has all I need to know up to C-rank jutsu not to useful once I master the two Katon jutsu's in this book I'll have to get the Senju or the Hyuuga to check out something from the secret stock to get something a bit more recent ,and with higher level jutsu." Ryu said motioning his head to the Senju just a foot or so in front of him.

As Ryuugetsu continued through the Katon section of the book he saw several mentioning of the Uchiha clan .It would seem pretty obvious to find such a thing when reading about Katon jutsu since the Uchiha clan was known for there vast knowledge of Katon jutsu.He continued to read.When attempting a Katon element jutsu you concentrate any chakra in your system and hold in your chest for half-a full second to let it form ,and then spit it out full force ,and let the flames explode out the jutsu you are attemtping will differentiate what portions you put the fire in.

As he read he visualized himself doing these things the boo instructed him on doing.After a few pages of reading he finally got to the jutsu.Although it was obvious he needed more chakra to do the jutsu with decency he still felt like trying it out.He wanted to gauge his strength ,and observe others to make sure he was strong enough to take on anything that came flying his way.

Conan looked up from the page he was currently reading with a half smile as he looked at Ryu and laughed as he said “ Ryu-sempai? That’s a little high and mighty don’t you think? How about Ryu-kun I think that better suits you” Conan finished smiling “ yes that suits you just fine.” Conan then went back to his studys as he read Conan asked Ryu “ Ryu-kun? Do you really think you could learn the katon jutsu from just the book? And I really don’t think that Anzu-sama of Nyame-sensei will just get a restricted book for you. At least not right now. The way you’ve been acting and all.” Conan said as he flipped another page in his book.

"If you ever call me Ryu-kun ....How about Ryu-Dono If not that than Ryu-Sempai if not that than Ryuugetsu."Ryuugetsu paused as he read his book,and then he continued after finishing a previous paragraph."Of course I can learn this it clearly shows the Handseals ,and preferred options to make it strong and powerful".He paused again as he started on another paragraph "Quite frankly I don't care I stand by my clan at all times ,and I'll serve my country to do that I'll need jutsu so either they check one out for me or I'll get another Jounnin in the village to .It's just that simple".He said still not facing Conan ,and continued on with the book.

Conan laughed some more when Ryu suggested he call him Ryu-dono. “ you know what Ryu-kun your funny why would I call you that? You couldn't passably be that stronger then me? And Ryuugetsu is way too long to say.” Conan said still smiling as he looked back down to his book and quickly read threw it before filpping the page. And then saying “ don’t you think it would take more then just the instructions to learn a jutsu Ryu-kun? And how do you plan on getting another Jounin to get you a book. Unless its like your father of mother or some kind of huge bribe” Conan said as he once more foucused on his studys.

"Hmph. Don't even bother yourself with the restricted section. Even if you're a Jounin, you aren't allowed inside without accompaniment. Besides..." Anzu pointed out. "You seriously think security's that poor? Nothing from the restricted section ever comes out, unless directly ordered by the Hokage." A hint to the fact that two of the four librarians per shift were actually high ranked ANBUs. But then a smirk crossed his face. Special privileges he held as former ANBU leader and one of the best hunter-nins. Nyame, too, for her rank as Hyuuga elder...as a member of one of the most loyal clans within the village. As for Nyame being able to use Katon Jutsus impeccably like the Uchihas would...he kept that part silent. His teammate would skewer him if he blabbed.

Conan looked up to see Anzu standing near them smiling Conan said “ wow really? Is that true Anzu-sama?” Conan said in a I understand kind of voice before saying to Ryu “ well it looks like your stuck with that book Ryu-kun.” Conan finished as he laughed and continued with his book for a bit. After a while of reading Conan stood up and said. “ well Ryu-kun I think il be going now. Good luck with your katon jutsu training I’m going back to class now.” He said as he then turned to Anzu. “ thank you for everything Anzu-sama. Ill get stronger and then you can teach me that jutsu.” With that Conan started to walk away. As he did he waved back to Ryu and Anzu and checked out the first aid book so as to be able to continue his study’s.

Ryuugetsu ignored all f the replies as e continued on with his book .If he couldn't get it from the restricted section he'd simply have to pry the jutsu from a Jounnin to teach them to him .It wasn't that hard if you thought about it.He slanted his eyes as they began to sting a slight bit for being open so often.He then put his arm up ,and propped his head up on it signing.This book is far to easy to read ,yet supplies me with the infro I need.

After a few pages or so Ryuugetsu was bored with the book ,but he carried on reading even though he tended to skip a few words in his cloud of boredom.He thought of leaving to go back to class ,but he'd have to check out another book to study at home preferably a more recent entertaining read.His eyes now dragged across the page looking at already topics that were already discussed a page or so before.
