More than two people can go but there is not enough for supplies to accommodate more than two people if they are staying for the full time. With Piccolo, Trunks, and Goten it wouldn't be much different than just Goten and Trunks because namekians only require water to live off of.

Perhaps besides just death there should be a way into the After-Life.
Fortune Teller Baba-Instead of a tournament in order to pay for seeing the future, she creates a small tournament in order to allow someone to go and train in the afterlife. With the characters seen in the Dragon Ball but instead of simply Son Gohan as the last challanger it will be someone from the afterlife that the character knows.
Ex. Hero Shen's adopted Father would be his final challenge.
Or Ice, her former self Eis Shenron would be her final challange (since he technically 'died')
The challenges can be mod over looked and a entrance fee could be paid.

There will be movies in between story lines. They won't be simultaneous so one will start soon after the current SL ends
