I was wondering how that arrangement was going to be fair
if the supreme leader made a group...
It's more comforting to know that our Buchou is impartial but
adoring equally of all members.
...as much as I supported your joining this, I give equal if not more-
support to your decision to withdrawal.
As I see it- this design is like a side-quest or a mini-game in a
RPG.
It's an engaging, dynamic part of a larger game and world.
I still support the Divisions and I intend to participate whole-heartedly.
...but that's because my personality tends to allow me to make
more lasting friendships in smaller groups.
You have an ability to keep up with more people at one time, Ilpalazzo-
-and that is something that I truly admire.
I will not use my Division to make unhealthy tension between
other members or Divisions, and I don't intend to neglect my
financial managing responsibilities, either.
I think we should take our own Divisions as seriously or as playfully
as we want, and we should allow other Guild Members to do the same.
I suggest purchasing a subforum specifically for the Divisions-we'll all
decide on a forum name- and each Division can start off with it's own thread/sticky.
We can discuss that at length when you return...
...I know you're exhausted, Ilpalazzo-Buchou, but thank you for discussing this with us before the morning group came on and felt alienated or cheated. I admit, it really had me worried. We have so many different and dynamic kinds of people here-there really needs to be a neutral leader who
participates in the whole of the Guild's activities, rather than one.
Fortunately, that style of leadership seems to be a forte for you,
so I don't feel like you're making too much of a sacrifice or limiting yourself.
...besides... I think you're too ADD to keep up with one squad...lmao.
We didn't invite people to this Guild under a preface of a 'Squad System',
so to expect everyone to participate, or not be upset that it would be
painfully obvious that the Guild Leader has a chosen group of people
over the rest of the Guild Members.
That mess being said: I still support it, and I intend to participate because
for me-it's best way to make lasting friendships and have more fun in the
Guild.
Suffice to say, the both of us will support anyone who wants to participate-
and those whom the idea doesn't hold much appeal at all for.

Also!...Killer_Cactus...is it possible for me to extend an offer
